2004 Kubota L 3130 Grand Loader Tractor, 4WD, Shuttle, 620 Hours, Good Shape!
2004 Kubota L3130 Grand Tractor with Factory Loader. I have owned this tractor for a little over three years and find myself needing to move up in size. I bought it from its original owner who kept it very well maintained. And I have done the same. It has always been fueled with#1 Diesel(plus booster aditives) and it has always had top of the line synthetic engine oil. I last did a lube and oil job at 600 hours, including a new air and fuel filter, so it's ready to rock. I wish I had enough money to keep it and the bigger tractor, but I don't, so it has to go. There is nothing wrong with this tractor mechanically that I am aware of. You turn the key and it starts-it did so through all of the near and below-zero weather last winter, since I use it for snowplowing. The main use I have had for it is brush cutting and wood hauling. And ... moreit is banged up around the edges from that activity. Also, the previous owner had a bad habit of hooking log chains on the top lip of the bucket, so it has some dents and is curved out of shape a bit. This does not affect its function. This is NOT an HST model-it has 4 speeds high/low. Which work both forward and reverse with a shuttle. The tires are all good. And the rears are loaded with beet juice. The front tires both have tubes because the first year I owned the tractor, they had a tendency to get stiff in the winter and get knocked off the bead while turning sharp in snow. No problems since I tubed them. Take some time and look at the specs and reviews on this tractor on line-the L3130 Grand is highly regarded for power and reliability. And is very well built, especially for a compact. Also, due to the new emissions standards on diesel tractors that started this year, you'll get a lot more power and much easier maintenance than a new model. This tractor is for sale locally. These Kubota Grand L series tractors are a pleasure to operate and a real pleasure with the factory cab. Great visibility. Left and right entry doors, rear windows open, Heat, Defroster& A/C, Electric wiper, then add the foot pedal control for forward and reverse, single lever loader control and it makes it so anybody can operate it. The Universal Quick Attach Bucket is a very nice option. It allows you to unhook the loader bucket by moving two levers and then you can hook a set of pallet forks. Snow plow, other buckets or several other options on with just driving up to them and curling your bucket and moving the levers to the lock position. I know most people think they want a 30 to 40 hp compact but keep in mind with 4x4. Hydro and even little items like A/C it all takes away from the power and with the over 50 HP models you will always be very happy with performance.
