Listing this up for a friend that is trying to downsize his fleet of tractors. Farmall MV. This is the high clearance vegetable tractor. The tractor starts right up runs and drive perfect. This tractor came out of a local collection, it has a good motor, it runs good with good oli pressure and no smoke, the othe rday I was using it to pull some other tractors around it run fine but a few times when i revved it up it sputtered like it was starving for gas, it has been sitting and not used much in the last 3 years so I am sure the carb. could use a cleaning but the motor is good and strong. The sheetmetal is solid there are a few dings but it is good and very restorable if you want to make it a show tractor. FARMALL 450 DIESEL international, mccormick, john deere, case, ford
Up for auction is a 1957 Farmall 450 Diesel(SN 20932) Starts. Runs and switches over good. Has TA, 1 finger power steering, fast hitch and one remote. All major mechanical stuff works good. I've put a lot of time into this tractor recently. Just replaced the diesel tank, gas tank, hydraulic pump, power steering pump etc. All of those parts were used but in good shape. Also changed all filters and fluids(about $200) Was told by previous owner that the injection pump was recently rebuilt. Can't prove it but the tractor sure does run like it was. I also just put brand new road guider 6.00-16s and tubes on the front. The rear tires are 15.5-38s. One is an alliance with about 70% and the other is a hood with about 25% This tractor does have a few things that could use some tlc. It has a hydraulic leak coming from somewhere around the reservoir ... moreor power steering block. Not sure didn't look into it. The battery box has been changed to be longer. Must have been done to fit a bigger battery. None of the lights or dash guages work. The left rear wheel has been welded as shown in the pictures. Looks to me like they did a pretty good job. The rear tire that's 25% holds air and works but is showing through in a few spots. All these issues except the tire are pretty minor and come with the territory of almost a 60 year old machine. Like I stated above all major mechanical stuff is good. Overall this is a pretty solid tractor. Only 6961 of the diesel 450s were made. Who knows how many are left complete and still running today. It would make a great candidate for restoration due to the rarity and condition. Would like to keep this tractor but I just bought a bigger one. 1953 Farmall Cub Antique Tractor NO RESERVE International McCormick Deering
1953 Farmall Cub serial number 1762517J. This little tractor came out of a local collection, it has been shedded for the last 5 years, it has been run occasionally but not much, it has factory hydraulics that work good and smooth, has lights but they are not working, comes with a drawbar, the PTO works good, the engine runs good good oil pressure, engine does not smoke, when we first got it running we needed to keep the choke on all the way but now it will run with no choke but does run the best with about half choke, the more it is run the better it is getting, taking carb. off and cleaning it would not hurt I am sure it is gummed up from sitting, it is still 6 volt, the brakes work good, the transmission is good, the steering has very little play from 12 to 1 oClock at most, the frontend under radiator is not busted or welded, the metal ... moreis solid but it does have a few dings but will restore easily, the rims are good, the rear tires are 9.5/25 at 50% they are older tires with some weathering but will last for a long time, this tractor has a good motor runs and drives well has factory hydraulics and PTO, with solid metal but it has been sitting, it is running in the photos would be a great tractor to put to work or restore it. International 3414 Loader Tractor. I am not sure of year but I do know they were produced between 1961 and 1968, this tractor has a diesel motor the engine is stuck and it does not run, the tractor came out of a local estate, it was parked many years ago and not run it is not certain if it was running when parked, the tractor has a three point hitch and a PTO, the brakes work, the transmission shifts into all gears and the clutch works, it has a shuttle or reverser on it, both of the rear rims have some rust by the valve stems but do not leak, the rear tires are 14.9/24 at 30% and are older tires, has a 6 foor bucket with a little rust on outer sides but solid and could be used as is or reinforced easily, the loader is fully hydraulic and is sturdy and built well, but does have a few reinforcing welds on it, i dont what it is going to take ... moreto make this tractor run, I do know it will make a good parts tractor or with some mechanical ability it will make someone a good loader tractor. Selling this tractor for a friend. So all questions should be directed to him at 218-835-6438. He is retiring from farming this year, so is selling his equipment. The following information is all I know.Tractor was used over the summer. It starts and runs good. Doesnt use oil. Doesnt smoke, except durring starting and warm up which is typical of a diesel. Has a 1500w tank heater for cold weather starting. He thinks it was made in late 50's. Engine is a 6 cylinder, about 60HP, rebuilt some years ago with new sleeves and pistons. Easy on fuel. 5 speed manual transmission, shifts good. Torque amplifier doesnt work, he says its unnecessary anyway. Has loader attachments welded on both front sides. 3 point hitch works good. Live PTO works good. Front tires weather checked, the right one mostly. Rear tires are 15.5-38.right one weather checked, ... moreleft one was replaced new not long ago, and still bears the size marking on outer face of teeth. Lights dont work and inside cab area has some holes in floor. Thats all I know, and again, any other info needed should be directed towards the owner. He has a hay bine I will be listing as well. 1949 Farmall M Antique Tractor With 9 Speed International McCormick Deering
I have up for sale a 1949 Farmall M. Tractor has belt pully. Pto, hydraulics and has the 9 speed transmission. Tractor has good but miss matched Firestone and Goodyear 13.6-38 4 ply rear tires. It has 6.00-16 front tires. Tractor has a new seat and cushion, fenders, muffler, battery and sediment bowl. Tractor comes with a nice set of rear wheel weights. Tractor fires right up but does smoke a little the first few seconds of running but then cleans up with no smoke at all. Tractor runs and drives as it should, the belt pully and pto kick in and out as they should and when the hydraulic lever is pulled you can hear the pump working. Sheet metal is pretty straight with a few dings hear and there. The tractor is a 1949 so it does have a few leaks but nothing major. This tractor would be great for a restoration project.
