Globe Ethyl gas pump globe w/ cars, trucks, planes, boats, tractors, motorcycle
You are buying a SINGLE lens Globe Ethyl glass gas pump globe. It is on an original screw base glass body. The lens is in nice shape with a only a few small jiggers off the edge of the lens at about the 7 o'clock position. These were there from the factory. I picked this globe up many years ago on a damaged glass body and it still had the orignal factory caulk holding the lense in place. An incredible globe with a race car. Early touring car, old truck, a bi-plane, motorcycle, speedboat, sedan, old farm tractor, and a large ship pictured around the perimeter of the lens. All that and the Western Hemisphere pictured and a large Ethyl burst across the lower part of the lens. This is from my personal collection and is guaranteed to be old and original. This brochure describes the different models of Traction Engines, the 15-30 tractor, the 20-40 tractor, and the huge Russell Giant 30-60 tractor, it also describes in detail the full line of Threshers available at that time.
