Built like a tank- Cabinet is copper-clad steel and the chassis is copper. It has given me good service for about 8 years. Saving up for a KW ATU. C3(the left"series capacitor" is a single section rated at 9.000 volts) C4(the right"parallel capacitor" is a Dual Section cap rated at 6.000 volts) Wonder what variables with these ratings would cost today? L1 and L3 are Millen high power coils Looks to be#12 wire S-2- I replaced this 6 position high power rf switch with a high power 5 position switch- the original switch looked like it had been"hot switched" before I received the Transmatch. With 5 positions: I used the 80. 75, 40, 20 and 15 meter coil taps. The original damaged switch is the only evidence of problems. I was able to run the legal limit with no problem with the replacement switch. The SWR"bridge" ... moreworks OK Now about the missing top cover piece. See image looking through the hole at the meter and those wide-spaced caps and 20. 15 and 10 M coil. I don't have the metal piece and I don't know why the former owner didn't include it when I bought it. It was not part of the original design. My sheet-metal skills are lacking or I'd make one, paint it with gray Krylon and be done with it. Too much work for this OM. The little plastic piece on the left knob was missing- you can see the replacement A copy of the manual is included. Other than the missing top piece.
