The bees still swing about on their little strings(attached at the bottom) There is some dried salt? on the bottom area of it from the liquid that came out. I have not cleaned it but it appears to remove easily. I just thought someone might be interested in using it for some sort of craft or something. I just hate to throw it away. These Vintage Scott Ski Boots have Serious Cracks in the Upper Cuff. When I found these ski boots last summer they looked to be in great shape. I locked down the front clamps and put them on the shelf. When I looked at them in the fall they had seriously cracked. I guess it goes to show you what can happen with 40 year old plastic. So. This is an absolutely Wonderful. Large and heavy very detailed Adorable Elephant named"TUCK" and he is from The Martha Carey Series and he is no longer being made. When I bought Tuck new, I took him from his box, turned to walk to my china cabinet and one of my dogs almost tripped me and I dropped him. I KNOW, don't say it, I have beaten myself up so many times! Any way, Tuck has some issues, he is DAMAGED. He had his trunk broken off and his left front foot was broken off also, both have been glued now for several years. He also broke his right tusk off. At the time I contacted the place in Vermont where these were made/sold and I was told they sell repair stuff like tusks, paint etc. But I never did pursue it nor do I know if they are still offering that. So, Tusk has lived in my china cabinet now for at least 20-25 years ... moreas he is along side his brother NIP for sale in another auction! He still displays nicely despite his flaws! Tuck is approximately 6" Long X 8 1/4" Tall to the top of his trunk X 5" Wide. He is one the larger in the series that Carey had produced. These originated from an Elephant she made from a mold in Vermont it took off from there. Tuck is in DAMAGED condition, as previously noted. He does still look good, BUT he is in DAMAGED condition! Despite his flaws he has been very well cared for and displayed, as a part of an ADULT Collection in a closed China Cabinet, since I got him new. Vintage Goebel Hummel Fiddler TMK 2 DAMAGED Up for auction is a Vintage Goebel Hummel Fiddler Figurine TMK2 that is DAMAGED. It is 5 1/2 inches high and the base is 2 7/8 inches in diameter. Boy in brown hat. Orange jacket, tan shirt, purple neck scarf, green pants and brown shoes. He is playing a fiddle. Bag over shoulder, umbrella hanging on his back. Umbrella handle is broken off and there is a chip on his hat along with a chip on right cheek. At top of lips and red spot on face on left hand side. Marked on the bottom with Trademark 2. Full bee above"V" used from 1950 to 1955 and an(R) Stamped Germany. Made of porcelain with a matt finish. There are no cracks or repairs. Item is damaged. See above bold print.
