I found these Korean 1950 era brown leather shoes at a garage sale recently and was amazed at how clean& nearly perfect they are. The manufacturer is Endicott Johnson Corporation and with the markings. 28702, Cont. DA 30-280-qm-6203” and the date of Oct. 17, 1950. They are a size 7 AAA and they're identical to the style that was worn during World War Two. Measurements from the bottom of the shoe are: from the back of the heel to the front tip of the shoe is 10 1/4" and the arch width is approximately 2" Shipping and handling is $10.00 for the lower 48 and sent insured through USPS. VERY SCARCE* OLD VTG Ca 1950's KOREAN VIETNAM WAR ERA WAC DRESS UNIFORM TUNIC AND SKIRT This offering is for an old circa 1950's Korean War Era Women's Army Uniform Tunic or Jacket and the matching Skirt. I'm not sure exactly when uniform would have been issued but am guessing it dates from the Korean War to the early Vietnam War era. The uniform is made of heavy dark blue wool sergeand it retains the original makers spec tags that state in part"COAT. WOMANS, WOOL SERGE, BLUE, SPECIFICATION MIL- S-4259 SIZE 12 R" The tag in the skirt is nearly identical and states in part"SKIRT, WOMANS, WOOL SERGE, BLUE, SPECIFICATION MIL- S-4260 SIZE 16 R" The actual current measurements of the jacket are as follows: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16" Top of collar to bottom of coat 29" Chest pit to pit 19" ... moreor a dia of 38" Full diamater of the waist 32" Sleeve length shoulder seam to bottom of cuff 23.5" The actual current measurements of the skirt are as follows: The waist Diameter is 29" The length is 31" The hem is 2" The condition of both garments is excellent with no rips. Tears or repairs as seen in our photo's both above and below. As is typical the uniform would benefit from a trip to the cleaners to freshen it up a bit, however we will leave the decision to do so or not to the new owners. That said the jacket has a couple of small holes just above the bottom left hand pocket flap. a small hole on the right shoulder near the patch and a another on the back right side at the waist. The skirt has a small hole near the hem. The holes are all between 1/8" and 1/4" in diameter and could easily be patched with hem material from the inside so as to be nearly invisible. The uniform is quite scarce and it displays beautifully. This great old WAC Uniform will make an excellent addition to someone's collection, shouldn't it be yours! An identical shirt we have states in part, SHIRTWAIST, EXERCISE, WOMAN'S, SPECIFICATION MIL-5-4390 SIZE 14" Again, the tag in this shirt is missing so the shirt is priced accordingly. The actual current measurements of the shirt are as follows: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 15" Top of collar to bottom of shirt 26.5" Chest pit to pi 19" or a dia. of 38" Full diameter of the waist 34" Sleeve length shoulder seam to bottom of cuff 8" The condition of the blouse is excellent with typical light wear as would be expected from use. WW2 sun or pith helmet, made in India, 7 and 1/4 size. WAC?
Hello. Up for bid is a WW2 sun or pith helmet. I was told that this was WAC or females version of the pith helmet but I cant be sure. The helmet is complete and in good shape. Shows normal wear and tear for the age. The only major problem is that the vent top was glued down at one time. Not sure why or how. There is some leather splitting on the side as well. Buckles have some rust. The chinstrap is present as is the liner. Good shape. The helmet is marked OUTFITTERS TO THE MILITARY- MADE IN INDIA. Size is 7 1/4. Cork or shell is in good shape. Nearly perfect set of 4 butter pats with the Washington Athletic Club logo imprinted on them. The Washington Athletic Club is in Seattle. Washington. These were an estate acquisition and it's unknown how old they are. My guess is that they must be from the 50s or 60s, partly judging from the age of the gentleman. They are ceramic& 4" in diameter. There are holes on the back so they could be threaded with a ribbon for display. No maker's mark or stickers. Just lovely. The box notes that the Milady's Kit was produced by Real Silk Hosiery Mills Inc. of Indianapolis. The inside of the flap notes the mending thread is for the season's most popular shades. This thread is appropriate for a woman serving in the WAC. It most likely could have been used by a lady on the home front. Also. The box measures 1.5 by 2.125 inches. I have not removed the rolls of silk thread. I am certain the mending tread can be used today to make repairs to WWII Uniform components or period civilian clothing. I'm currently listing three lots all procured from the same 314 Bomb Wing vet. They all appear to have been taken on Guam in the last days of the Pacific war. These crystal clear images(better in person than above) shows a number of nurses presumably assigned to the 314th. As you can see above. The jeep has placard that reads"Air Evacuation Flight Nurses" beneath the windshield. the nurse in uniform is actually wearing wings. The photo of the four girls in civies has"Guam 1945" written on reverse. The last image above(of the lone nurse) is unmarked but came from the same source as the others. A great ORIGINAL lot! WWII U.S. Army WAC WAAC Womans Female Lady Officer's Complete Uniform
Up for bid is a Very Nice and Beautiful WWII U.S. Army WAC Officer's Complete Uniform. It includes the Tunic. Skirt, Shirt, Tie and Overseas Cap. The Tunic has the Officer's US and Signal Corps Insignia. A pair of Pinback Captains Bars, a pair of Pinback Southwest Training Unit Crests and a Felt Air Force Training Command Shoulder Patch and Tab. It does have a size tag that says size 12R. Was made by Giacobbe Bros. Inc. and is dated December 29, 1943. It measures 16 inches across from shoulder to shoulder. 24 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the cuff, 32 inch waist, 39 inch chest(Armpit to Armpit) and is 26 inches long from the collar seam to the bottom of the Tunic. The Buttons are all intact. The Skirt has a tag that says 16S. Was made by Star Dress Mfg. Co and is dated December 29, 1943. It measures 26 inches at the ... morewaist and is 26 inches in length and has a 2 inch hem that could be let out. It has a Conmar Zipper which works well. The Shirt is stamped size 12R. It measures 14 1/2 inches from shoulder to shoulder. 36 inch waist(it has 4 darts that could be let out) 38 inch chest(armpit to armpit) 22 1/4 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the cuff and is 25 1/4 inches long from the collar seam to the bottom of the shirt. The Buttons are all intact. The Tie is Khaki. The Officer's Overseas Cap is a size 21 1/2 and has Captains Bars. I do not see any mothing, holes, tears or staining. The Uniform is in Very Good Condition for being 70 years old. The pictures say it all. This is a nice addition to your military collection and would be great for any re-enactor. Measuring approximately 1/2" in diameter, is from the Woodmen Accident Company(stated on front, along with WAC) The design includes both gold-toned metal and enamel(white and navy blue) The lapel pin is composed of gold-toned metal. But it is not marked with respect to metal content. This item recently was purchased at a local estate sale. Where a family member indicated that it most likely dates to the very early 1900s(unconfirmed) and the style of screw-back button suggests that this is true. Original WWII British Army Woman's ATS(Auxiliary Territory Service) Field Boots. Very scarce. ATS uniforms rarely turn up, especially footwear. Very high-quality English made boots. Brown pebble grain, and leather lined. These are nicely marked with size(4M" Maker marked, dated(1944) and British Broadarrow stamped. Excellent condition. But exhibits signs of age, honest wear, and storage wear(as pictured) Stitching for leather lining is loose on one boot at cuff(easily repairable) I have not observed any other significant damage.

After asking in several forums we were told it was for Women’s Air Corp but have not been able to confirm this in any way. The WAC lettering is between a set of wings. It has the Sterling China mark which we were able to date to the 1970s. If you know for certain what this mark represents please share it with us. It is heavy vitrified china. CONDITION. Offered for auction is this World War 2 Military Veteran's souvenir cup with gilt branch insignia of the Women's Army Corps of Fort Dix New Jersey. This vintage black ceramic cup measures 5 1/2 inch tall with a 4 5/8 inch diameter base. There are shiny sparkles glued to the inside bottom of the cup and the gilt trim on the rim is wearing off. Vintage Emil Langer Military Nurses Watch WW2 WAC US Army Sterling Silver 17J
This is a vintage mechanical wristwatch dating to about 1943. The dial reads"William Watch Precision" I purchased this from the estate of a lady that served as a nurse with the US Army during WW2. This watch was stored with her uniforms etc from WW2. The watch runs but stops. The case is sterling silver with a stainless steel back and it is 25 mm wide not including the crown. The case is in good condition but the back fits loosely. The movement is a Swiss Emil Langer model and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new old stock pigskin leather replacement. The total length of the watch is 8 1/2 inches. This uses a 12mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear. The dial is depicted accurately in the pictures. Vintage Post WWII Korean War Women’s USMC Marine Corps uniform and hat. This beautiful uniform is all original. Women's Korean War Marine Corps Uniforms are very difficult to find. There were approximately 160.000 WACs who served in WWII; only 2,787 women served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. Finding one of these in such great condition is almost unheard of. Finding one large enough for a modern woman to wear is nearly impossible. This uniform will make a great addition to any Marine Corps display! The uniform has been cleaned and pressed and is ready for you to wear or display at your next event. This Marine Corps uniform is dated 1952 and has the woman’s name inside the uniform. After WWII the women’s Marine uniforms took on a new look. They had four buttons instead of the three. Buttons have more of an antiqued look. The ... moreskirt is longer, and hits mid-calf. All the hemlines became longer after, WWII for“the new look” This uniform has no underarm stains, no rips or tears. The material is still very wearable. The hat is in very nice condition. There are no moth holes or stains or fading that we can see. The plastic piece that reinforces the bill is broken in two spots. But it is not visible enough that we bothered to have it repaired. As you can see from the pictures it is not very noticeaable. I do not believe that a hatter would charge very much to do it. There are two very small moth holes that are hardly visible and have been repaired by gluing in small patches from behind. They were shown in the pictures before the repairs were completed. The size on the tag is 14R. However most vintage uniforms have been taylored to fit the woman and run smaller than modern sizes. Please use the measurments below to determine if it will fit. Ask questions if you are not sure how to use the measurements. These are an ORIGINAL UNISSUED KOREAN WAR WOMEN'S WAC 3/4 BLACK LEATHER FIELD SHOES SIZE 6 1/2 AA DATED MAR. 18. 1951. The Field Shoes were worn by the WACS, Nurses and other women in other branches of the military during the Korean War. The Field Shoes are made of genuine leather and are black in color. On the front there are 8 eylets on each side for lacing the field shoes. The laces are made of a cotton type of material and are black in color. The sole and heal are made of rubber. The sole is sewn/ stiched on and the heel is naild on. From the tip of the shoe to the end of the heel it is 10 1/2 inches Long.
