You are bidding on a used Victor Cutskill flowmeter. This flowmeter can be used for argon. Helium, and CO2. This is a genuine Victor flowmeter not a cheap knockoff. This has been used for several bottles of argon so it does have signs of wear normal scuffs and dings that I will show in the pictures. The plastic Around the PSI gauge has a very small crack that I will show in the picture. This flowmeter does work flawlessly as I have tested it myself. One has the brass connector and the other two are hollow- I assume for air or water cooling. The leather sheath is about 18 feet long. The leather sheath has two tears in it that had been taped with duct tape. There is some tape residue on the leather sheath and on the torch handle.
