This is a Mac tools DC tig/ stick welder. 150amp, this welder retailed for around 1650 brand new which I think was high but it is comparable to the miller maxstar which is around 1100 retail new. It uses a sr17v torch for the tig function and it will include a few different collets and gas lenses to accommodate different thickness materials. A 0.04 in, 1/16, and 3/32 collet will be included along with a 4,5, and 6 gas lens. Argon regulator is included also. I have a few tungsten I will throw in also. Stick clamp is also included and pictured. Welder is small and light, about 15 pounds and has a carrying strap, you could easily throw it in the backseat and take it anywhere. Weldcraft WP17 flexhead TIG torch. It includes a Lincoln hand controller with a 6 pin connector. It came off a Lincoln V205 Invertec TIG but should fit other models with a 6 pin connector. The controller works fine but the knob for your thumb fell off. I had no trouble using it with only the slider sticking up. You can see this in the picture with the pencil. I have owned this unit since new and has very little use. unit always worked flawlessly however the other day I saw the blue LED flashing and turned the unit off. the next day the unit would not power up. I have bought a new much big unit as all I needed was an excuse. This unit is in perfect cosmetic condition and im sure it cant be anything to big as the unit wasn't being used when it broke. not even sure it may have an internal circuit breaker or something along those lines. my loss your gain. thanks for looking

I am going by what written notes came with this item. This item is from a welding/machine shop closing sale. This clamp assembly was looked over and tested by someone who uses and works with this kind of item on a daily basis. Item is used but in complete and fully functional condition. One fold-up gate does have play in it. Looks like the screw that attaches it just needs to be tightened. I do not have the hex wrench(if that's what it's called) that it would take to tighten it. Once gates are closed each sits flush ... morewith no problem. Has matching top and bottom part numbers/letters. Minor cosmetic issues like scratches and heat marks. No bent or missing parts. Each of the screw downs that holds each gate close is also intact. Functional and with no problems. Once the gates are closed and the screw downs are tightened the assembly has no loose, moving, or rattling parts. The clear see-through plastic is intact.
