Offered for auction is one(1) nice clean used Revere Ware 1801 Pro-Line Copper Core Stainless Steel 8" skillet in very good condition other than minor light surface scratching from normal use and storage in the cabinet. The lid may not be the original but it has a nice fit. Looks great and is very similar to the original lid's styling. It's made of a very heavy gauge 18/10 Stainless steel with a copper disc bottom faced with stainless steel to provide even heating. The unusual"wire" style handles are surprisingly comfortable and were designed by Richard Gregor of Corning. Very nice 3 quart saucepan from Revere Ware made in Clinton Illinois USA in copper clad stainless steel. There are no dings or dents in either the pan or lid. There are the normal signs of spoon stirring on the inside bottom of the pan(see photos) The pan sits flat without any wobble. The handle is a little duller in color. But tight to the pan. The knob is shiny, black and smooth. The logo on the bottom is still crisp, and easy to read, but has been worn a bit from use. It says: 1801 Revere Ware, 3 Qt- 80, Clinton, Ill, USA. It measures approx. 7 ¼" across x 4 ½" deep. The pan has been had washed and the copper cleaned.
