Very pretty pierced bowl - Union T Czechoslovakia
Very pretty and colourful little pierced bowl by Union T- Czechoslovakia. Lovely detailed transfer decoration and gilding. Measures 6 inches(15cm) in diameter. 4cm(just under 2 inches) high. Good condition- though for accuracy purposes there is some minore wear to the gilding in one area on the rim. I describe everything accurately and honestly. I do not claim to be an expert in all areas and am more than happy to answer any questions you may have(no matter how trivial) it is important that you do this prior to bidding. A SMALL SIVER PLATED MEAT COVER. UNION CASTLE CREST. MAKER, MAPPIN AND WEBB
An early 20th century small silver plated meat cover made by Mappin and Webb. It bears the shipping line crest of the Union Castle line. This crest is not well stamped and fading in its lower half. In spite of this it is quite clear as to what it is. The condition is used. The plate is good. No brass showing, but on the side opposite the crest, there is a small dent(about 3cm long) and some scratching. The cover measures 22.6cm x 15.6cm and is about 13cm to the top of the handle.

It was built between 1911 and 1912 by the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad and Western Maryland Railroad. It ceased use as a passenger station in 1939. In the 1880-90s this bellI was originally in a Hotel and was used as a desk bell owned by Tom Sages. After the closing of the hotel Mr. Sages family gave this bell to the RR to use in the new Connellsville union station in 1912. This bell has a great History and is in GREAT condition. This is a confirmation for a Western Union Telegraph cable. It appears to have four folds. A small spindle punch in the middle, and a small split on the left edge. The upper left corner has a small fold and is a little bit rough. It is a nice example of a confirmation. Confirmations are rare. It is stamped dated May 29. 1905 but written on May 25, 1905. VINTAGE BLUE UNION TACKLE BOX This is a very nice old tackle box made by the Union Steel Chest Corporation of Leroy. N.Y. It measures 14 1/4 inches long, 7 1/4 inches wide 5 1/5 inches high. It has a plastic handle on top and is painted a deep blue. The paint is in fair condition with scratches, scrapes and some rust. I've taken pictures from every angle so that you can judge condition for yourself. The box closes with a flip latch that has a ring for a lock. Vintage United Automobile Workers Lithograph Button from 1938! This button was made only a couple years after the UAW was chartered! This UAW button says"International Union- United Automobile Workers of America Chartered Aug. 26. 1935" and"January 1938 C.I.O. and has the outline of a 1930's car. The back of the button says, Bastian Bros. Co. Mf's of Ribbon, Metal, and Celluloid Novelties, Rochester, N.Y. It also says, Amalgamated Lithographers of America, Local No 11, Rochester, Union Label. It is made of metal with a lithographed image and is in excellent condition(see condition description and pics) it is about 7/8" in diameter.
