Vintage Industrial Strength Singer Sewing Machine; Excellent Working Condition
INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH Singer Sewing Machine This Model 66-18 Straight Stitch sewing machine. Serial number AF861678, was born 1941 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The Model 66 is one of the best machines ever made by Singer as shown by it's longevity and buyer demand. I purchased this sewing machine from the original owner. She told me that she had it serviced every couple years. Routinely, until the late 1988 or 1989. This machine sat in her den unused, but protected until 2011, when I purchased the machine from her. Early in 2012. I had the sewing machine inspected and serviced by a certified Singer Technician, in Bennington VT. The timing and tolerances were adjusted. It was cleaned and oiled. We replaced the electric cords, the bulb, and the belt. The machine runs smooth and penetrates dense material with ease. The deck and the body on this ... moremachine show well with less than average wear and tear for a 72 year old machine(normal chips and scratches from use and handling) and really lives up to the model 66's legendary sewing reputation. The accessories are original. Even a Singer buttonholer attachment set for making perfect buttonholes every time with no experience needed. 6-30 Stitches per inch with reverse. Steel Class 66 Drop In Bobbins. This is one you don't want to let get away. Plus this model 66 has the rare crinkle black finish that everyone searches so hard for. Unlike now days when companies build things to work good but die early so you buy more of their product. Singer built these 66's to last for at least 100 years. That's the kind of company Singer was, and if you give this machine basic care and cleaning, it could very well last 200. This is the one you could hand down to your grandchildren someday with pride. I am including the original Singer Model 66 owners manual. This will guide you through the process of threading the upper needle thread as well as filling the bobbin and selecting the right needle and tension settings for the job at hand. It really makes sewing like a pro easy.

VINTAGE SINGER DARNING INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE PROBABLY 17 CLASS
This is a Darning Industrial Sewing Machine. It's probably a 17 class Singer. But probably back in the 50's The M.G. Sewing Machine Co. from Chicago reconditioned it and made it their own. They put a black crinkle finish on it and took off the name plates and model plates. You can see some of the smooth black singer paint under the crinkle. If you took off the crinkle you'd probably see a singer logo. Machine turns freely and might need adjusted. I haven't sewn with it as I already have a darning machine. Comes with one bobbin too. Nice machine. Use it to darn clothes or denim.

Vintage Industrial Singer Sewing Machine 'Forward Tilt' Wooden Bed Addapter
This addapter is for a vintage Singer industrial machine table/motor stand. It lifts the machine head a little bit and tilt's it forward. There are hinge plates on this unit. It screws down onto the table/motor assembly. You have to drill small screw holes into the top of your table to install it. It has the old style slotted plates. You could put a Singer 111W. 112W or any machine head with that configuration. This one had a Singer 52W100, dual needle, postbed machine head on it. It shows it's age a bit and the long narrow part is a liitle loose but it is in good, usable condition. This is for a machine head that is 19" long X 7" wide. This one had a Singer 52W100 post bed machine on it.

A solid. Old work horse of a machine. I bought this 9 years ago from an old man that spent his career making leather gloves with this! The spacing on this machine is 1/4" but gauge sets can be easily found to change the spacing to whatever your needs require. We only have the head of this machine and tested it spinning the balance wheel by hand(not on a table with motor) It easily sewed through 5 layers of Sunbrella fabric and a piece of heavy belt leather using 90 weight upholstery thread(in forward and reverse) Sewing samples included, see photos. Machine was lightly cleaned and oiled. May require adjustments in tension, foot height, etc. for whatever you may be sewing on it. High quality, Japanese made machine. Antique Industrial Singer Double Needle Post Sewing Machine 52W100
This machine has been sitting around and needs a home. I have not run it at speed on a table with motor but it sews both needles turnning it by hand. It shines because it was sprayed with a protective liquid wax to prevent rust. It has wear spots in the finish in spots from use. The gears are in good shape and it rolls nice. It may need some fine tunning to run perfect but it is in good mechanical shape. I hate to sell it but I don't have a use for it in my upholstery shop and it would be better for it to get used. 1/8" guage. Nice clean bobbin caps. Good hooks. This auction is for the machine head only. No table or motor. It would need an industrial table with motor to run. I have a wooden forward tilt adapter in another auction this machine would fit on. vintage antique SINGER class 7 sewing machine circa 1918 heavy duty industrial
From an estate sale. A Singer Class 7 heavy duty industrial sewing machine for canvas and leather, made about 1918. Biggest sewing machine I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure what kind of 7 it is- the only way I found that much(and the date of manufacture) out was by looking the serial number up on the singer serial number database but that only gives the class. I'm not a sewing person of any sort, much less heavy duty stuff, so I'm not super knowledgable. I did do some googling and found that there were apparently a lot of different sub-models of the class 7. I'm hoping some of you folks in the trade can tell from the configuration of the feet and stuff. It comes with a 110volt WMS clutch motor(400 watts is about 1/2 horse I think) 6 extra needles, and a box of heavy thread. The machine itself seems to be in very good ... moreshape. When I first got it in the warehouse I plugged it in and hit the foot pedal to engage the clutch, and the needle did it's thing for a good 10 seconds or so, and then gradually slowed and stopped. I think the machine needs oiling- I can turn it by hand easily enough but it seems to be just a bit too much for the motor. I dropped a few drops of 3-in-1 oil in the labeled oil ports but it probably needs gone over everywhere and well oiled up. Those orange ratchet straps were to give it lateral stability during transport- the table itself has no cross-bracing- and I'll leave them there for shipping, so you'll get a couple ratchet straps out of the deal too. This thing will go freight(well crated) And I should be able to get it to any business address with loading dock or forklift, in the continental US, for $400 OR LESS. If you operate from your home, it might be more economical for you to pick it up at the local depot, as residential and liftgate delivery can add up to $150. For sale is a group of parts from a Singer Model 136w101 Industrial Sewing Machine. The whole post part is included. With the bobbin and bobbin case still in it. Most of the screws that hold the two sides of the most together are missing. Some of loose screws in the group may fit but I do not know for sure. Lots of other parts and loose screws are included, many are marked Simanco and have a part number. Parts still have grease/oil on them and need further cleaning. Some may have a spot of rust. It is a single needle, lock stitch, compound feed machine with a vertical-axis sewing hook, and alternating pressers having 1/2" lift.
