This includes the battery charger, install disks(floppies) multiple different cables, as well as a field calibration kit(p/n 1000-00-0826-02) The batteries included did not power up the units. I did not attempt any extensive charging. So I am unsure if they hold a charge. The cable certifier itself powers up with no problems through the included power cable attached to the charger.
