Paco V-70 Vacum Tube Volt Meter Test Equipment
This is a 1957 Paco V70 Vacum Tube Volt Meter that is in very good shape. I have worked on and restored electronics for 45 years. This meter is ideal to someones workbench. Very nice tool for testing semiconductor junctions. Continuity, resistors and voltages. I went through the unit cleaned, lubricated controls and tested all components replacing any defective ones. I has new tubes in it. The meter movement is quite smooth. I comes with origional test leads which are in great shape. One picture shows unit hooked up to a DC power supply running 25 volts. The unit has been calibrated and bench tested for a month using it daily. I also comes with a schematic diagram. I would like to keep this unit but I have another VTVM that I like and do not need two of them, this one it's sweet for a 1957.

Rider RCA Chanalyst, Vintage Test Equipment. Works Well! 1945.
This a RCA- Rider"Chanalyst" vintage. Multi-channel electronics tester made in the U. S. of A. it is date stamped 1945. This tester was a high-tech tester in its time that could be used to quickly find faults with a radio circuit by substituting known good circuits(in the Chanalyst) for the suspect section is the item being repaired and thereby quickly isolating the problem to one section of the radio being tested. Since the Chanalyst has radio RF/IF and amplifier circuits built in, it can also be connected to make a working radio, thus verifying the circuits are operating properly. This particular unit has properly operating RF/IF sections, AF pre-amp, Watt-meter and Voltmeter sections. I don't have a way to test the RF oscillator, so I don't know if it works or not. For the sake of completeness, let's say it does not ... morework(which will be a nice surprise if it does! This tester has been well care for during its 69 years, with only minor dents/dings/scratches/areas of wear. The cabinet had just been repainted when I received it and the rubber feet replaced. The electrolytic capacitors in the power supply and the AC power cord have been replaced and the controls and switches cleaned also. This Chanalyst has been internally"moisture and fungus treated, June 1945" probably due to U.S. military use in tropical or damp locations(as a result the chassis and inner works are glossy and yellow) There are no cables or other equipment included, but it uses standard 1/4" jacks, so cables could be easily made for whatever purposes you desire to use it. All four of the 6E5 tuning-eye tubes are good, and are quite bright. All the pictures were taken in a brightly lit room, and the eye tubes are viewable. I an including one jumper to connect"RF/IF out" and"AF in" jacks(see picture#12) which allows the unit to be used as an AM radio when an antenna is connected to the RF IN jack and the AF output jack is connected to an amplifier and speakers or a headphone. Up for grabs is a vintage Heathkit LP-1 Linearity Pattern Generator for television repair from the tube era. Physical condition is okay. There are a couple of scuff marks on the front as you can see in the pictures. A couple of the control knobs have marred places on them. No dents or gouges. Does not look to be abused. This item came from a radio-tv repair shop. It includes the test lead with the big aligator clip. I did fire this up with a variac and it lights up. HOWEVER, I have no way of testing it. I don't deal with tv's so not even sure what it does. Sold as-is.

Here is a vintage booklet/ folder titled Snap On Electrical Test Equipment Master Analyzer Instructions. I do not see a date on this. This comes to you in used condition with some wear. There is some edge and corner wear. It is a little dirty and has some smudging. You can add papers to this folder/ booklet as it has 3 metal pieces that you would unscrew to add more papers. There are some papers in there that were photocopied. There is a loose leaf paper that is not attached to the booklet that someone wrote on. There is a booklet in it that is MT 540C Heavy Duty A.V.R.
