I have up for sale this CE5 Cushman Service Monitor that had just been completely reconditioned about a year ago. It has the Model 301a Oscope and the 304B Preselector installed. It also comes with the 20db attenuator for the signal generator. The reason I am listing it as for parts or not working is that it has lost the far right digit in the display. All others are still bright and working. The only function that I have used is the IF function for signal generation due to the fact that I have no VHF equipment to check it out on. As far as I know the VHF/UHF generator function works as it should. The scope has a bright stable trace and seems to be very accurate. I have been as honest as I can be in this description and I do have a manual that I will include with the CE5. I will also include an antenna for the preselector in the deal. Motorola R2210B R2200 Two Way Radio Service Monitor
This R2210B was used in a Motorola Service Shop. It powers up normally and I was able to receive and listen to the local NOAA weather station in my area. I also could see the signal on the scope. The scope display is bright and the LCD's are good. It seems to be in good shape for its age but these are the only functions I can guarantee. These models are work horses and hold up very well. I powered it up, it appeared to be working, digital display lit up, I could hear static from speaker, then I smelled smoke so I shut it off. Singer Gertsch FM10CS FM-10CS Frequency Meter Signal Generator Service Monitor For sale is this Singer Gertsch FM-10CS two-way radio diagnostic monitor. It is not fully tested. As I do not have the technical knowledge or equipment to do so. It does power on, and the sound system works. When first powered on, the scope showed a bright line that extend about 1/3 of the way across the screen. After I cleaned some of the storage grime from it, and in doing so changed some of the settings, the scope did not light up, but a bouncing dot of light appeared momentarily when I powered it down. Hello. This listing is for a like new Cushman CE-5 Service Monitor. This unit was purchased at an estate sale from the original owner. This unit is one of the nicest you will ever find. It includes the 301A Oscilloscope. The 304B 25-50 MHz Preselector and the 305B 140-175 MHz Preselector. The original manual is included as well as the antenna and 20 db Attenuator. The case on the monitor is also in great condition with very minor signs of use. The leather handle in still in great shape too. I do not know how to use the monitor, so I cracked the manual. I plugged it in and let the unit warm up and put it through the paces. I believe everything to be working properly, but it has not been calibrated since 1978 so I can not know for sure. Parts for IFR,Wavetek, Comtest(CT systems) and Motorola. Contact us with your parts needs. Cushman CE 3 s/n 2946 with 305B broad band/ tuneable 140- 175Mhz high sensitivity receiver module s/n 786 and 302 Deviation meter module s/n 1745. Physically about 6 out of 10 as seen in the pictures. Some of the silk screen lettering is worn on the 302 but it tests ok. I tested generate variable and step attenuator. Receive(broad band and preselect modes) deviation and frequency error. Light for frequency entry dials have all been replaced. Front panel controls work but some(like the volume control) are scratchy and could use a cleaning. Unit is old but works well for it's design. If you work in these ... morebands it is an inexpensive introductory or back up bench unit. Preselect mode received at less than 30 uv across the dial range. Deviation closely matched a Cushman CE50 and a Wavtek 3000B. While I do not offer any warranty beyond DOA, I put some time in to making this unit work. I could have spent a lot of time cleaning the knobs etc but do not think it would increase the sale price. If you are looking at this unit you are looking for a good deal on a working unit. The generate output of these units is marked for use with a 20dB fused attenuator not included in this auction. I have one fused 20db attenuator for sale in another auction) The schematics to make them are easily found as are a variety of other power measuring 20 db attenuators. The CE 3 generates and receives in 3 distinct bands. It covers from 20 Mhz to 80 Mhz. 120 to 180 Mhz and 450 to 520 Mhz. The generate level is from-67 dBm to-127 dBm when used with an external 20 dB attenuator pad(not included) This also has an IF output which is useable in 2 ranges. The IF output has an uncalibrated adjustable level and covers frequency ranges from 1khz to 3.9999mhz and from 4mhz to 39.999mhz(on harmonics)

Too many modes for me to check completely. The scope is clear and bright. One picture shows my 2 Meter base station transmitting on 146.52 MHz. The other picture was taken in the Spectrum Analyzer Mode and shows my handie-talkie on 146.94 MHz. The built-in dummy load will take up to 125 watts so you can transmit directly into the unit to measure Frequency. FM Deviation, AM, and SSB Modulation.
