Prior to listing it was powered up functionality was confirmed to the limits of our abilities. Specifically. We were able to verify that both lights work, the timer turns as it should and resets correctly and the meter needle moves with the current control knobs. Because we are unable to test it further, it is sold as-is, officially"for parts or not working" even though it may work fine, may be faulty but repairable or may be shot- we just don't know. It is in good cosmetic condition, with some scuffs, scratches or magic marker traces and is missing two feet.
