I have been using this while testing and repairing various HP RF and Microwave equipment for the last few months. It is clean and reliable. The pictures show measurement of frequencies up to 8.4Ghz which is the highest signal source I have in my home lab. ALso. The pictures show top, sides and rear to be clean and the front panel is free of sticker scrapes, gouges and residue. The freuency measurements are all done at an output of-2dbm and a 10db attenuator for a signal level of-12dbm. I will include power cord and a collection of manuals on USB jump drive. I built a new bridge with filter cap to power the PIC16f648A frequency counter board. This unit works well and displays frequency from.01 Mhz to 2.4 Ghz I have tested this unit using both a cb radio Galaxy 959 and a signal Gen. and checked reading using another frequency counter. Reading is 100% with my findings. However you might find a small amount that might differ from your readings due to calabration from unit to unit. There are two holes drilled into red face plate for access to the on board push buttons to access the boards settings. very easy to follow.
