I do not have a NIST standard so it may be a few PPM off. The only electrical issue I can find is that one of the decimal point drivers has a little leakage which makes it light up slightly. I tried to bring it out in the photo. The DP to the left of the 2 is correct. The one to the left of the 3 is slightly illuminated. Not a big deal. But should be noted. Inside it is clean. It was not available as a kit. It is also identical to the Weston model 1254 counter and was likely manufactured by them, as at the time both Heath and Weston were owned by Schlumberger and Heath appropriated several Weston items for their own inventory. They even copied the Weston tube tester and sold it as the Heath TT-1 kit! The SM-110B is identical to the SM-100C. Except that the 600 MHz prescaler input was omitted. This unit has a few options installed: 7(520MHz Prescaler) 15 IEEE-488 Interface, and 16(Rear Panel Inputs) This item is in good used condition. It shows some marks from use and storage. However there are no major damages to the unit, and no damages that affect its operation. The SEP-COM switch that is between the A& B input channels is sticky and difficult to slide and may need to be replaced. Also, whomever performed the last calibration on this unit managed to put everything back in the chassis backwards, so the handle does not line up with the feet to make a stable stand. This unit has been checked for operability in our warehouse. It was able to detect and read a waveform that was generated by an uncalibrated ... morewaveform generator. The frequency was then checked by another counter to make sure they were reading the same. Which they were. Please see photos for more details. Here is a MFJ Antenna Resistance Analyzer model 205 and an Optoelectronics 3000A frequency counter to increase the accuracy of the analyzer. I have used the pair recently and they seemed to work OK checking my long wire through the tuner.The manuals for both are included.The analyzer covers 160.80,40,30,20,17,15,12,and 10 meters. The counter goes to 3Ghz per manual. The charger for the freq counter has tape around it but works OK. Sold as is.
