Alright well here I have a decent looking Kenwood TS-520 with great cosmetic looking front bezel and a bit more worn on the sides. Top, and bottom of the case but the units receiver works great(See Pictures) The unit has been tested as far as the receiver goes but the output final tubes I believe will need to be replaced since there is no output from the tubes. You can find them on E-bay or other sites(I have checked to see if any other vendors are selling them and they are) to replace the tubes. All lights and switches work as they should. It is clean, passes self-test, and provided stable readout of my home lab sig gen for a period of 1 hour. It also has a nice feature where the 10 MHz reference clock can be input or output via rear panel BNC. Other than the functionality mentioned above I cannot verify the calibration or other more specialized functions. This counter while clean does show slight signs of normal use and does have some rub/scuff marks on the covers etc from normal lab use. I purchased several of these counters and the unit you get may or may not be the exact one shown in the photo. But note they are all very similar in looks and operation.
