The manual includes full instructions for using the 680, a schematic diagram, and a parts list. The 680 has sockets for up to 3 switch-selectable crystals(see 3rd photo) This listing includes the standard 2.5MHz crystal. Installing other crystals in the empty sockets would allow you to use the calibrator at any desired crystal controlled frequency. This instrument is entirely unmolested and original. All of the settings on the voltage terminals showed a little above the half of the indicated value. As the ranges are peak-to-peak and the DMM is RMS(more or less) that seems appropriate and also matches the results of testing a second unit I have. The frequency BNC cable also shows low-level signals. My scope is packed up somewhere so I can't say what the wave form looks like. My guess is OK but I am selling as-is like all vintage electronics. They have two calibration documents with them; one from 1995 and the other from 1998. I am NOT SURE if these are documents about the calibrators themselves or the 200CR machine. This Quest Electronics Model 215 Sound Level Meter and CA12-B Calibrator is in good condition. They come in their original hard case with their original instruction manuals. The Calibrator produce high pitch sound. And the 215 sound level meter indicates the sound level when it is connected to the calibrator. The meter is in good shape except the plating at the tip has a rust/ oxidation spot the size of a nickel(see picture 10) The case it comes in is also in very good condition.
