For sale is a rare vintage Urei Sonipulse Acoutical Audio System Analyzer model 100-A. It is being sold as is with no returns because I cannot check it out to see if it is working correctly. The unit does turn on. What you see is what comes with it. There is no microphone or manual. Though you can download a manual from several sources. The case has scuff marks and dings but since it is a solid wood with metal outside case the inside was protected. These used to be state of the art for voicing recording studio control rooms as well as big or small PA systems.

Altec Audio Analyzer
USA sales only. The unit is broken. Sold for parts or repair. The 8050A was the first real-time 1/3-ocyave analyzer available. It was built for Altec by HP and Altec sold it only to trained Acousta-Voicing contractors. When the unit was slowly powered up. Two resistors started to smoke. The good new is I disconnected the power supply from the balance of the unit. I do not know the condition of the rest of the circuits. I believe one or more of the CAN capacitors are bad. See pictures. I do have the top cover. Which is not showen, I do have the original packing and box. I have no paperwork on the unit. Heathkit IM-58 Audio analyzer, I.M. Distortion Meter
This is for parts and as is. It does power on. The meter moved around a bit. However, I have no way to verify it works. Someone modded it by adding a switch at the input labelled"Hi-Z and 600 Ohm(probably a good thing) Someone also put a hole in the top of the unit(see picture) maybe to adjust a pot inside? I did not open the unit. The case is stained and a bit dirty but could be cleaned up with some elbow grease. If your a tech or a ham then you know what your looking at and what it is used for. As I recall if your trying to measure harmonic distortion in an HF rig this is a tool you need. This might be a great project or you can use for parts for another unit.
