This vintage RCA TV bias supply provides voltages needed for testing and aligning analog TV sets. This one has a fixed output of 100VDC and three independently adjustable 0 to 15 VDC outputs(see photo 1) Box measures 5.5 by 3 by 3 inches. I tested this just before listing.
