It is in beautiful shape as seen in the pictures with only a few minor page tears. Binding is in good shape and there are no marks written inside the book anywhere. Book#2 is a Wonder Book- Wild Bill Hickok. This was printed in 1956 and has no page tears. Stains or writing. Here is a vintage tobacco pipe that was bought with an estate sale lot. It measures approx. 6” long. On the side it is marked Hickok Supreme Imported Briar. The lettering is worn off some. The tip of the stem has several bite wear marks. There is a 5/8” long very light crack in the wood above where it says Hickok. This pipe has not been cleaned there is tobacco residue inside and on the top edge. There are a few light nick scratch marks to the wood from use. This is Sterling Silver with a beautiful etching pattern on the lid and sterling silver open rose on top. A part of the etching which looks to me like a tall bowl surrounded with a swirling pattern is also etched on the bottom. It is quite old it belonged to my grandmother and I am over 50! It is stamped on the bottom'Made in Italy' Measurements: 3" dia. x 1.5" tall. I have included photos of the bottom so you can see'Made in Italy" and the etching. I use it to keep my rings in when not wearing them but I'm sure you could use it for so many different things.

HICKOK 539C TUBE TESTER WORKS WELL, CLEAN, TESTS HAM RADIO AMP MUSIC
This offering is for a nice HICKOK 539C TUBE TESTER. The case is solid and presentable. But it does show signs of use. But it has done, and continues to do- it's assigned job of providing protection to the tester. The tester itself is very clean, and seems to work well. This is a fairly complicated tester, I ordered a high-quality, color operator's manual so I could test the unit, this manual will be included with the tester when shipped. The roll chart is dated SPRING 1969, and rolls smoothly. All the meters work smoothly and properly, push buttons work properly, I do not find any problems with this tester. Hiowever, I am not familiar with a tester of this complexity, so I cannot atttest to proper functioning of all the various moptions and tests possible with htis Hickok. So O am selling it as-is, but I do believe it does basic ... morefunctions properly, and likely all functions etc. The 539C seems to work well, I have attempted to compare the test results to the results on my recently calibrated( by Dan Nelson in AZ) TV7-D, but that is not so easy to do since they have different scales.but a tube that tested borderline bad on my TV7-D also tested to be right between acceptable and bad. So I believe the tester to be working well, but I have always believed a tester of unknown calibration date should be re-calibrated to be really accurate on all tube types. All testers should be calibrated every decade or so, if the user wants extreme accuracy. They test a wide range of tubes, with a total of 14 sockets for different types of tubes. All the hardware woeks great, the latches, hinges, and the heavy duty handle all function properly. somewhat corroded. but all work fine. Unit weighs 19 pounds, shipping weight well packed and insured. I am happy to answer questions, so please feel free to ask. Here is a very old antique Clough Brengle model 105 Oscillograph oscilloscope from 1935. In what I would call excellent physical condition(is certainly VG+) and in working(sort of) condition. 1" screen, I get various traces but I am sure that some of the resistors and capacitors are out of spec from being 80 years old! As you can see in photos this piece of test gear is in great shape with very little wear, the front panel is in excellent shape, all controls move/turn smoothly and evenly, leather handle excellent, please note that the 4 screws that hold front panel to metal cabinet are missing. Would be a great addition to any antique radio test bench. Offered with no reserve and low opening bid.

I am thinning out some of my belt buckle collection. Here I have a 1984 and 1985 Hays City Days Wild Bill Hickock Belt buckle. This is for the celebration of Hays Ks. Hays City Days to celebrated the fact that Wild Bill Hickock was the local peace keeper of Ellis County Kansas. Hays KS. This buckle is a Siskiyou 1984 production date. It is numbered 460 of 1000. This buckle is first in a series of buckles. The buckle is dedicated to the men and women who founded Hays KS. Gen George Custer and family stayed at Ft.Hays KS. for two years. The second buckle is a Siskiyou 1985 production date. It is numbered 457 of 1000. This buckle is second in a series of buckles. The buckle says that there is no evidence that he was paid for the job. Also says that he was a policeman of Ellis County Ks for the term of one month and 19 days and that it was correct ... morethat he was not paid for the position. Hopefully there is a history buff out there that would really appreciate it better that I would No international bidders please.

It has a stiff cover protected by a clear sheet, and is comb-bound so it will lie flat on your desk. A schematic wiring diagram is included. As a supplement to the roll chart, testing data is included for Western Electric tubes(including 300A and 300B) and ballast tubes. I have added the roll chart test data in book form. There are 20 pages covering tubes from 00A to 586 plus C686 to RE-2. This manual has the most complete collection of test data available for the 540-550-560 series of tube testers.
