Extremly Rare piece of medical history. This is an Antique Medical waste from a doctors office or a hospital. There is a pedal to open it up and everything works. Still has the removable insert to take the medical waste out and dump it. I think it is painted white or a light enamel coating, some marks and finish loss from years of use. The front symbol of label reads HYGEIA Can Company Inc. New York but the pedal says HYGIA. A few little dents here and there. This is a very RARE piece. In as found uncleaned condition. You will wear out a good set of tires on your vehicle to find another complete piece like this. Nice iron legs it is about 15" tall overall and is about 11" in diameter. It has a wheel that lets you turn the hands on the back. I plugged it in and the second hand works. It is made from plastic(almost all of Westclox were) It is square with black trim. Black lettering fronting a white tile look. The center is a flat round bubble. I cannot warranty this product due to it's age. Up for auction is a lot of old US bank checks. You will receive 20 checks and possibly additional antique receipts. Torn pieces of checks, papers, etc as a bonus.
