There are 2 trays inside that lift up and out of the box as the lid is opened. There is a front metal latch that simply lifts up. You will need to add your own lock to keep it closed. This has a sticker on it that appears to say My Buddy and No 13. It is rather hard to read and I am selling it as you see in the pictures. This is in good vintage used condition.
