Lot of 3 older glass candy containers- an army tank. A battleship and a train engine. These are being sold in"as is" condition so please bid with that understanding. To give you an idea as to size. The army tank is 4 1/8" long by 2" at the highest. Condition: The train engine has a chip along one side with a repaired crack that goes all the way over the front of the piece. Nice early pair of eye salve quack medicine containers offered for one bid. First is a sealed tin of Dr. Pomroy’s from Philadelphia. Pennsylvania. The metal tin is still sealed inside its graphic outer wrapper with a nice image of an eye. The wrapper is in very good condition with bright gold writing and one small ¼-inch tear by the“E” in“Eye” on the front side. One side of the package shows a cancelled green proprietary medicine stamp attached to the inner wrapper. Inside the wrapper is a metal tin still filled with the eye salve. The second container is a two-piece brown glass container with original label for Severa’s Golden Eye Salve from W.F. Severa Co. Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Kool-Aid tin measures 4-1/2 x 2-3/4 inches and 7-1/2 inches high. It has a few light scratches but nothing bad. The Keebler tin measures almost 5-1/2 inches high and 6-1/2 inches across. It has quite a few dings or dents that are not as noticable from the outside because of the print but the lid and sides do have them. The Ritz tin measures 4 inches square and 9 inches high. There's a few light scratches but nothing bad.
