Guaranteed good HP/Agilent E1412A 6 1/2 Dig. Multimeter. Note the calibration report from a few days ago. The meter passes all points for DC voltage& current. Resistance, AC current, but just fails to meet spec by a trivial amount at 4 points on AC voltage. Calibration report will be included. You might want to have it digitally recalibrated if you are fussy. Most people wouldn't notice.

This is a Hewlett Packard 4338B Milliohmeter that is in perfect working condition. It not only measures milliohms of resistors. But also battery impedance of any battery up to 42V using the 1 KHz method. Use it to test batteries to see if they are up to the load before they fail! Also useful to test high current connections, cables, power electronics, etc. Measurements can be averaged or instant. And can interface with production test equipment for production testing. This also comes with a full set of cables with kelvin clips(the HP 16143 Mating Cables) Which are made specifically for this meter. They feature a connection on both sides of the clip for the most accurate four wire measurement possible. The cables come with their own sturdy case to protect them and keep them accurate. I know these mating cables cost a fortune from HP, and now ... moreare only available through used equipment resellers.
