Of course) This package includes a steel strapping dispenser/cart(loaded with about three-quarters of a roll of steel strapping) and tools for increasing the strapping's tension, sealing it, and cutting it. As a bonus, a second set of wire cutters is included, as well as a handheld stretch-wrap dispenser and three-plus rolls of stretch wrap for securing boxes to a pallet before strapping.
