This is a Daiwa Tournament SS 1600 Whisker spinning reel. It is used and smooth. The reel handle and reel handle knob rotate smoothly. The drag is perfect, the bail flips over cleanly when you begin reeling, the line roller spins goon, the drag clicker sounds nicely, AND IT NEEDS A NEW ANTI-REVERSE.
