Shimano Stradic Ci4 1000 F Used, but well maintained new Nanofil 8lb line
This is for my 1st Stradic Ci4 I ever bought. I have used it some for the past 2 seasons, after every trip it got cleaned and oiled, it has a oil port for easy oiling! I would also remove the handle and apply grease about 2 times a season. It works perfectly and has actually gotten smoother since New! I have not been trout and walleye fishing for a while I figured she needs a new home where someone can use it more than what I do. I have gotten hooked on Big Musky and Pike fishing so I bought 2 new stradics. This has a fresh spool of 8lb berkley Nanofil. With this reel and line on a st croix legand tournament medium light it will throw a 1/4 oz to a 1/2 oz lure a mile! I have cleaned and greased the line roller bearing more than 4 times a season. I also put a washer in front of the foam handle, it was personal preference to keep the handle ... morefrom moving slightly back and forth, they all move like that I just didn't. I have also cleaned and greased the rotating part inside the handle. It has been cared for better than 98% of what normal people do. It has small scratches on it, it is not in 100% appearance condition, but it functions at 110% plus! Look at all my feedback, I'm not one to hide anything, I tell it like it is! Shimano Stradic 4000FI, Shimano Stradic CI4 3000- Two Working Stradics!
This is a lot of two working Shimano Stradics. Both are functioning and in good working order. The first is a Stradic 4000FI. And there is a little wear on the handle, but it is purely cosmetic. It is well used, but the drag is super smooth, and though the reeling is not brand-new smooth, it is smooth. The second reel is a Stradic 3000CI4. It too is well used, but both the drag and the reeling are extremely smooth. Both reels are spooled with Power Pro(Super Slick 17 on the 4000, and what I believe is 20lbs. red on the 3000) The Power Pro has many good years left it in. I used these both for light tackle striped bass fishing. Bonito fishing, and they even performed very well on false albacore. I highly recommend them for any light tackle saltwater application.
