Nice Shimano Reel FX-B500. A good quality reel that has ball bearing and graphite construction. I bought this new about 30 years ago to fish catfish with. I used it once or twice then put it away in favor of a level wind. It functioned perfectly but I just wasn't used to a spinning reel. It will probably need greasing and oiling before use as its sat in storage a long time. It does seem to function very smoothly as is though. The bail works nice too. The cap is missing that covers the right side where the reel handle can be switched over for a left-handed fisherman. The Shimano FX-B200 reel doesn't stop at your fingertip everytime for a quick cast and the bail wont stay open without forcing it open and then won't flip shut when you start to reel.
