The reel has a few scuff marks. It looks good for its age. Just Install new line to use or use for display. Everything works smoothly and as it was designed. A great vintage freshwater spinning reel. The reel is easily convertible to crank with either hand. Its total weight is 6.1 ounces. Please note that it is missing its dust cap. It may or may not need cleaning. Three(3) Shakespeare LX-Series Light Action Spining Reels 2 LXIII& 1 LXIV. Auction is for three Shakespeare LX-Series light action spinning reels. Includes Two LXIII(one older style) And one LXIV. One of the LXIII features rear drag adjustment, graphite body, and meant for 8-15 lb line. The smaller LXIII is meant for 6-10 lb line. The LX IV is for 8-15 lb line. All reels have smooth spins, bailers set/trip like clockwork, and clicker adjustments work easily as intended. No issues operationally with any of them. Cosmetically all in good shape, main issue among all three is the handles slightly scuffed up and some of the lettering starting to fade. Nice trio of light action spinning reels for your collection.
