Up for auction we have a Shakespeare Out Cast medium spinning reel. Reel features a front drag and a trigger bail. This was Shakespeare's answer to the popular Shimano trigger reels of the time. Reel is in good condition and works well with some paint wear on the high spots. A very handy and easy to use reel with lots of life left in it. I like the front drag myself as I feel they are a little smoother than the small disc rear drag(my personal opinion of course! I think this reel was made in the early 90's. Or put 300 yards of 40 pound braid and throw big plugs for tarpon, barracuda or deep jig for grouper and snapper! This reel is in pristine condition and has had medium use.
