Shimano Aero 2000 Spinning Reel (Used but "Works Great") w/ Broken Handle
Up for aucton is a nice used Shimano Aero 2000 Spinning Reel. This reel has been used. There is no corrosion apparent on this reel. I have NOT taken the side plate off. All functions seem to work correctly. The reel is NOT locked up. And the handle turns freely. The drag adjust knob functions, and the drag reacts properly when done so. The anti-reverse lever is free, there is no backlash on the reverse, and all works like it should. This reel can be set up for either a right or left handed person. The handle is broken/ cracked. This is shown in the pictures, and does not affect the reels function. There is some monofilament present on this reel. I do not know what test it is. Should probably be replaced as I do not know it's age. I will leave it on there. As it could work well as backing material. Line capacity: 6# mono 170 yds. 8# mono ... more120 yds. 10#mono 100 yds.
