Tektronix 3066 Spectrum Analyzer DC-3GHz slight fault
This is a 3GHz Sony Tektronix 3066 Realtime spectrum analyzer. Amazingly powerful and cost around 50,000USD when new. I don't have the equipment to test this beyond a few MHz, but the diagnostics shows a fault with"RF Freq Shfit" and"RF T-Domain" I would guess this indicates something is off in the 3GHz down converter. The instrument seems to work correctly in Baseband mode. The photos were taken with a 1MHz input and the 10MHz instrument reference and I can see the signals here and the instrument may therefore be usable as is for some applications, but it is sold as is. The warranty sticker on the back is intact and I have not attempted repair. The instrument user manual is available in pdf form.

No major scratches or dents, paint and finish in very good condition. Oscilloscope works both channels. Spectrum analyzer is temperamental. This instrument should be considered to need repair. The tracking generator has output but does not display to the spectrum analyzer. I would guess an input sensitivity issue on the spectrum analyzer but am not sure. I have had the spectrum analyzer working as in the images, it is not at the moment. I suspect a high resistance connection on an op amp or transistor. Almost all the transistors are socketed, easy to change but perhaps not the best design for long term reliability. No International Sales please.

ITC Instruments Model SA-500A 500 MHz Spectrum Analyzer
This is an ITC Instruments model SA-500A spectrum analyzer. It is in fair physical condition. And partially working condition. There are some nicks in the case, and a dent on the top right(when looking from the front of the unit) When I bought the analyzer, it had a broken display, missing Sweep Speed knob, and broken Resolution Bandwidth switch. I replaced those parts, but there are still issues. There is no difference in the display between the 100 KHz and 1 MHz dispersion settings, and no difference between the 50 MHz and Max MHz dispersion settings. The frequency display is fairly accurate on the 1 MHz dispersion setting, but not on the 10 and 50 MHz settings. It does display over the full frequency range(about 3 MHz to 500 MHz) and is sensitive down to about-80 dBm. Because of the problems with the unit. I am selling it for parts or ... morenot working.
