DC to 1 MHz bandwidth with selectable HF and LF-3dB POINTS, common mode rejection ratio of 100,000:1 at 10μV/div, DC coupled, differential signal range ± 1 V at 10μV/div and a DC OFFSET feature with ± 1 V range ± 100,000 div at 10 μV/div. There are many factors which affect the usability of high-gain wideband differential amplifiers. Noise(if excessive) can make the high-gain positions unusable. FOR SALE yet another TR-501 but this one is modified since I had more than one of these TR501 units and no more TR503 units I wanted to see how easily I could make the tr501 work with such Tek units as 492 494 495 96 497 492p 494p 495 p 496p 497p 2753 2754 2792 2794 2753p 2754p2792p 2794p etc. I can up with a modification which is a manual master setting of the tracking frequency(this modification enabled by jumper plug at the rear of the unit to change it from the normal tr501 functions) The unit in modified manual mode will work with either type of unit IE 49x 27xx units or the 7000 series units but will require adjustment to the master setting when switching types once done the unit will tracking your SA as you change its frequency the manual master adjustment is a 20 turn trim pot acessible from the front lower corner of the unit. These are used, but still good vertical output ICs for Tek analog 2400series scopes, Tek made these as 1 product off 1 fab line and labeled them with 1 of 2 part numbers after testing each for bandwidth as either: part# 155-0237-00 if they passed on the right half of the(Gaussian) bell curve, or as part# 165-2393-00 if they passed on the left side. Roughly speaking, 165-2393-00 will limit a 400MHz scope's bandwidth to about 360MHz, whereas a 155-0237-00 will let it work to around 450MHz. This means there is no reason to have the better one in a 2445, 2445A, or 2445B, but there is good reason to use them in 2465B and 2467B. 2465 and 2465A leave you a choice of little consequence. There were digitizing scopes such as the Tektronix 2430A that actually contained normal size parts that can be worked on with human sized fingers.
