CRT looks much better in person. its blurred in the pics because the camera lens was dirty. there is some mild screen burn but nothing that would make you annoyed or fault your readings. just very minor and normal and at the bottom only, This is a 30 hz to 2.9 ghz hp spectrum analyzer. But with the optional mixers, you can achieve 50ghz + testing! or even up to 110 ghz with other mixers we calibrated it all manually. the flatness is insanely accurate. within.17 db error only! spec is 2 db. you can see it in one of the pics. there should be 18 pics. if they dont load just wait. this is a NEWLY REFURBISHED 8560E model spectrum analyzer with brand new calibration and certificate/sticker traceable to nist. the pics dont look that clear because after I took all of the pics I realized my lens was dirty. For auction is a beautiful gently-used(Gov't lab) Tektronix 2711 Spectrum Analyzer with Tracking Generator option installed. RF frequency range is 9KHz to 1.8GHz. Included with unit is power cord, N to BNC female RF adaptors on the RF Input and the TG Output, manual pouch(top of unit) CD copy of both the User's Manual and the Service Manual, plus a small ringbound Pocket Reference for the unit. The 2711 is functionally identical to the 2712, except that it does not have the IEEE 488 general purpose information bus(GPIB) on the rear panel. This Analyzer passes all power-up self tests and has no issues whatsoever. Unit is fully configurable through on-screen menus and is capable of storing up to 35 user presets. Power on tested and sold AS IS. This auction is for a pair of CATV testers, one Tektronix RFM151 and one RFM150 Signal Scout CATV Spectrum Analyzers for Parts/Repair. Both Power Up! This came in with a bunch of other test equipment, and seem to be selling great. I do not know how to test any of this equipment, so just to make certain, will be selling as a parts/repair lot only, even though they might work just fine. Some of the items we got in this big lot had some repair ... moretags on them, so I pitched those right away. These did not have any repair tags on them, so figured they were somewhat functional. Did not come in with any power supplies, but I did find a couple of power supplies that would work fine. It says it take a power source of 10- 15VDC, no more than 1.5A. The two I found were both 12VDC, one having 1A and the other having 1250mA. Not original, but will work. 1Amp gets a little warm, so might want to find power supply with more amperage. I plugged them into the units and it did power them up fine. I will include these two power supplies with this lot. These units are a bit dirty, so will have to be cleaned up a little once you get them. One is in a soft case(not the best, zipper hard to zip) and one is all by itself with no case. The one without the case(RFM151) seems to look a lot better than the other, not as worn out, but is missing the dial on the front. the other one has the dial on it) You can see the digital display of this one in pictures 8 and 10. Tektronix 3066 Spectrum Analyzer DC-3GHz slight fault
This is a 3GHz Sony Tektronix 3066 Realtime spectrum analyzer. Amazingly powerful and cost around 50,000USD when new. I don't have the equipment to test this beyond a few MHz, but the diagnostics shows a fault with"RF Freq Shfit" and"RF T-Domain" I would guess this indicates something is off in the 3GHz down converter. The instrument seems to work correctly in Baseband mode. The photos were taken with a 1MHz input and the 10MHz instrument reference and I can see the signals here and the instrument may therefore be usable as is for some applications, but it is sold as is. The warranty sticker on the back is intact and I have not attempted repair. The instrument user manual is available in pdf form.

Tektronix 5L4N spectrum analyzer 0-100 khz module and 5A18N dual trace oscilloscope module in Tektronix 5111 frame. Very good condition. No major scratches or dents, paint and finish in very good condition. Oscilloscope works both channels. Spectrum analyzer is temperamental. This instrument should be considered to need repair. The tracking generator has output but does not display to the spectrum analyzer. I would guess an input sensitivity issue on the spectrum analyzer but am not sure. I have had the spectrum analyzer working as in the images, it is not at the moment. I suspect a high resistance connection on an op amp or transistor. Almost all the transistors are socketed, easy to change but perhaps not the best design for long term reliability. No International Sales please.

This unit has been used for evaluating filters. Oscillators, amplifiers, and antennas for a myriad of projects in the 100 Hz to 1.8 GB range. It also has been useful for resolving cable TV issues. A great deal of flexibility in setting up and measuring performance is its hallmark. The 495P is programmable. And can be remotely controlled via the GPIB bus. This feature likely would be unused by most people but, thanks to a free Windows utility program developed by KE5FX, and an inexpensive ProLogic USB-GPIB converter, screen dumps can be made from the analyzer. Tektronix 492BP Spectrum Analyzer w/Front Cover and Accessories It has been a couple of years since I used this last. I am not an RF guy so glean what you can from below. This is something I had as part of my personal lab but I had no real application for… It does appear to be functional. Passes self cal, works as a spectrum analyzer, and the display seems OK. All the buttons do do something. I recall thinking that the amplitudes were off at the higher frequencies(I had a 26GHz sweeper at the time) good enough equipment to think that something is off, but not good enough to do something about it; these are not trivial to calibrate. The option plate is blank. Not sure if options 1, 2, and 3 were simply included with this, I think it has them; do some research. It does have the gpib port on the back I probably did replace any obviously bad ... morecapacitors. A very common issue with these, and almost certainly replaced the capacitors that are know to go bad in the power supply. The display looks excellent with the blue filter only. The wire mesh filter works with or w/o the blue filter. But doesn’t look so great. If I was using this I would probably remove the wire mesh from the front bezel, modify so that if needed it could be re-installed. You probably wont be staring into it on 8 hour shifts. There is even a second wire mesh with bezel included, so I would definitely modify one of them. And also ncluded is a second used wire mesh filter that someone did remove from a bezel(not included) There is a 50-75 ohm matching pad. Dc block that are Tektronix parts, related cabling that is Tektronix as well. The diplexer is present but I have never used it, I think it came with the scope. The included fat cable that I used for cal is not a flexible test cable, just something I had, the fittings are low quality. The front cover is not original to the analyzer.
