VINTAGE # 404 SINGER SLANT NEEDLE SEWING MACHINE
My late Mother's sewing machine. When she bought it in the 50's she was so proud and made monthly payments on it. Well cared for. And has been in the closet for a few years. The#404 slant needle is probably the best machine Singer ever made. It weighs 20 lbs. so it stays where you set it on the table. The light works, and the body is in very good condition. I do not sew, but it worked fine the last time she used it.

Vintage Singer Featherweight portable sewing machine 1950s We are very pleased to be able to offer for your consideration this very collectable vintage Singer"Featherweight" portable sewing machine. This Singer Featherweight's serial number(AM690222) sets it's manufacture date to the 1950's. It is the classic gloss black with the gold decals. This is an electric machine that uses a pedal controller. Condition- The condition of this Featherweight is pretty good. But it is not perfect. There are some small chips in the paint on the fly wheel, and it could use some cleaning. On a scale of 10, I would rate this machine an 8.99, but with a little clean-up this number can easily go up. The Singer Featherweight is a very collectable little sewing machine. Maybe you have a spot in your collection for this great little machine.

This is a vintage table with a rich Walnut wood grain finish. Made by Singer in the 1950s this elegant cabinet has all original parts and hardware. The front fold down door opens to reveal two storage compartments for sewing accessories. Original mounting hardware is still in place to accomodate a knee control. Cabinet has two leaves that open for ample sewing room. When closed this cabinet can be used as a writing or library table or simply as a side table. A great accent piece to compliment any room or a useful sewing cabinet in the original state with all hardware intact and in working order. This is an antique(oak I believe) table top from an early 1900's Singer treadle. There consistant wear throughout this piece as one would expect with a 100 year old piece but overall nice condition. The finish has largely faded and there is some cracking in the veneer but as a whole. The wood is very sound and strong free of major cracks or structural damage. It comes with the hinges. I bought this sewing Singer sewing machine kit in the 70's when I was gifted a Red Eye Treadle Sewing Machine. which FYI I may be selling on ebay soon for local pickup) Any way this is a unique oak box design. That unfurls reveling MANY singer tools and accessories. One of the photos shows the Singer logo, and several other show the patent or piece numbers. The box, and parts, all appear to be in excellent condition. The box closes tightly and the latch and hinges all appear pristine, as do the tools. This is a truly beautiful piece/s. I think the top carving says"patented 1888, February 10" Forgot to mention: Length is 6.5 and it's 3 1/4" deep. And the original purple velvet( lining is near mint, other than imprints from the tools, and none of the tools are rusty or damaged.

2 Pair Vintage Singer Mfg Company Sewing Scissors Made in Germany with pouch
You are bidding on these 2 p air of vintage Singer Sewing Scissors with pouch. One pair is 5 1/2 inches long and the other is 4 1/2. Each is marked SINGER on the blade and marked in the middle THE SINGER MFG COMPANY GERMANY. Both cut well and are in very good condition. The larger pair seem a little tighter. The small has a little bit of chrome missing from one blade. The red pouch is leather or leather-like but not marked as such. It shows some wear on top. Snaps shut and is marked MADE IN GERMANY.

Singer 221 Featherweight Sewing Machine, 1938, Case & Accessories
Up for auction is a 1938 Singer 221 Featherweight Sewing Machine. Serial No. AF255850. This machine is in excellent running condition. It sews like it's brand new. It has been professionally tuned up by me. I am a factory trained Singer mechanic. This is the most sought after(first gear driven) machine that Singer made. I worked for Singer in the late fifties and we could not keep the machine in stock. They sold as fast as we got them in. This little machine will sew just about anything. Ideal for baby clothes to denim jeans. It can be taken anywhere because of its size and weight. It weighs 11 pounds and 17 pounds in the case. Ideal machine to have in a college dorm. The electrical is good; the electrical cord is like new but there is a slight peeling on one end(see foot pedal picture) Accessories and instruction book included. 98% of ... morethe accessories are there. Light works. The case has had some water damage and needs a new face on the bottom. Apparently nobody paid attention to that and if you look in the pictures. For auction with NO RESERVE is a vintage SINGER 221 Featherweight sewing mach. Little mach. has been USED and the light scratches on sewing surface prove it! Serial# EG348532. This mach. was mfg. in 1951. 100th yr. anniv. of Singer. See Pic.6. Mach. runs good when plugged up and footpedal is pushed, but would probably benefit from a good cleaning and oiling. Looks as though a piece of the base has chipped off where electric plug goes into mach. See Pic.8. This does not affect the performance of sewing mach though, as it still plugs in tight. This listing is for a VINTAGE 1941 SINGER FEATHERWEIGHT SCROLLWORK FRONT SEWING MACHINE WITH CASE. This machine came from a local estate and is in nice working condition. I sewed cloth together to check the machine. The serial# is AF747410 giving it a date of Jan 7 1941. The machine has a few scratches from use. The decals are in good shape. The power cord was replaced. The origional was starting to get stiff. On bottom of the foot control the hard plastic screw covers have deteriorated as seen in photos. Offered here is a 1949 Singer portable electric sewing machine 221-1 with extras. The serial number is AJ104627. This sewing machine has been tested and does work. Includes foot pedal and six bobbins. The machine’s finish is in very good to excellent condition. The exception being the wheel which has significant chipping. You will receive everything pictured, including foot hemmer, adjustable hemmer, edge stitcher, gatherer, zipper foots, ruffler and binder. Also included are two original instruction booklets which are complete and intact, and a carrying case. The case is in fair to good condition with some damage to the handle, but is still usable. VINTAGE SINGER 15 IN WALNUT CABINET. MOTOR COMPLETELY REFURBISHED, TESTED HOURS
AH934 1948 Singer 15 in original Singer walnut cabinet. The motor has been taken apart. Cleaned, new insulation, grease wicks, grommet and connectors. I have tested the motor for many hours over time and it runs great, smooth, quite and powerful. All of the timing. Tension and other settings have been set to the Singer specifications. There are no aftermarket parts except the graduated needle plate. This set is in very nice condition for its age. The cabinet is sturdy and all of the veneer excellent. There are a few water marks on the outside lid. The inside lid has a few minor dings and scratches. Cleaned and polished very smooth, will not catch or snag your material. It has the handy extra right hand side fold out extension. The Singer 15 is loved by quilters for the ability to drop the feed dog for free motion quilting. Other features ... moreof the Singer 15 are: The stitch lever selector backing plate will"mark" your current stitch length. Wind a bobbin without removing your current threading. Insert a new bobbin into the shuttle without removing your current work. Extra height of the presser foot allows for thicker heavier material to be sewn The attachments are: ruffler. Adjustable hemmer, edge stitcher, multislotted binder, gathering/shirring foot, narrow hemmer foot, cording/zipper foot. IT COMES WITH 2 SLIGHTLY RUSTED BOBBINS AND A SINGER ZIGZAG WITH BOX NO 160620. THE CASE IS ROUGH BUT GOOD FOR STORAGE. THE LATCHES ARE BROKEN THE LEATHER OVER THE METAL HANDLE IS WORN. CORNERS, EDGES WORN ETC. THE INSIDE IS PLAIN. THE FOOT PEDAL IS FINE AS WELL AS THE PLUG THAT GOES TO THE MACHINE AND THE ONE THAT GOES TO THE WALL. This is a vintage 1948 Singer 221-1 Featherweight Sewing Machine. It comes with its original case. Case tray, booklet, and accessories. I plugged it in light comes on and machine runs fine. The serial number is AH574937. The accessories included are 1261, 35931, 12146, 36865, 181127, and 120855. The booklet has some loose pages and is dated last 1941, so not sure if original booklet, since this is a 1948 machine. A few places has paint wear on the gold, and some minor scratches and scuffing, otherwise it is in very good condition. The case shows wear on the bottom, edges and is missing one of the latches. The sewing surface is a little scuffed in a couple of places, but none of the scratches penetrate the brilliant black enamel. Serial no. at the bottom of the machine says AD946371 and that means it was made bet. 1930-1935. This old machine has some light scratches and rub marks but most of the gold trim are in great condition. Cosmetically overall this is in great condition considering its age. The belt needs replacing( it broke due to age after i powered it up a few times but seen enough that this unit works. Took a video of it too) and the power cord definitely also needs replacing( before using this unit for safety) for it got some taped areas and ... morecracked insulation as shown. Motor works like a charm and the unit may need additional oiling. A lot of accessories are included as shown in the photos including the original case of this machine. Singer Sewing Stool This is a fantastic S inger sewing machine Stool. The wood is Walnut. I bel ieve. Stained in a rich Mahogany. The finish is original and has minor wear for 60 years age. The seat has been recovered with Bark cloth. The Brown in the first picture is what it looks like originally on the seat. When the seat is removed you have storage for patterns or machine attachments. It was made in the 1950's so it has a bit of age appropriate wear. The stool is 16" X 16" X 20" Tall. 1951 Singer Sewing Machine AK662912 running motor, nice, clean, cabinet style
This is a very wonderful Singer AK series Sewing Machine released in 1951. Here's the scoop. please look at photos. AK662912) The motor runs and all parts appear to move smoothly. The wires are a little worn. So if I were going to use it, I would replace those. Although the motor runs smoothly, it doesn't move quickly. it may just need serviced. The rubber gasket for the bobbin threader is broken. But easily replaced. The bobbin carriage(holder) is missing and of all the spare ones I have, none fit this machine. this is all that seems to be missing here. Again check pictures. it is really a beautiful antique if you want it just for show. This machine is for mounting in a cabinet- not designed for portable. But certainly could be. The foot pedal is inside the cabinet along with the leg press. I will send all the mounting parts, pedal ... moreetc. with the machine. all packages sent with insurance. Unusual 1950's Childs Electric Singer Sewing Machine Wheel Drive Original Case
You are bidding on a 1950's Childs Electric Singer Sewing Machine with Wheel Drive and Original Case. After looking at hundreds of completed and current auctions on Ebay I fail to find a childs sewing machine that has a drive mechanism like this one. A wheel friction drive built inside the case with a switch to turn on the drive wheel and another switch to engage the drive wheel. This is truly an unusually different machine. The Machine in crinkle tan with the Singer Emblem is in very nice condition and runs well. The Blue and White Case with working latch. Hinges. Handle, and intact rubber feet, the case covering shows some signs of wear. Its measurements are; 13" x 9 1/2" x 5" Included in the case is an attachable manual crank handle. I have not tried to clean this unit as I will leave that up tothe experts.
