There is an issue. See below. The issue: It meets specs from 9KHz to 13GHz. Above 13GHz the readings begin to read low. The worst of it between 26-29GHz where the readings are approximately-12dB low. And then as the test signal approaches 40GHz the readings are back in spec(not-12dB low) see my other related auctions too) A workhorse. See photo of unit in actual operation. Connecting an external monitor to the VGA port at power on results in nothing displayed on the external monitor.
