And the estimates can vary from $35 to $500 depending on the specification of the part. There are whole forums and parts suppliers for these old HP devices, so getting those parts should not be a problem. I'm just not*that* confident with a soldering iron and I'd rather this go to someone that is more familiar with their repair. Refurbished units with this same specification run around $19k.
