Condition is very good. Close inspection will reveal ... moresome light scuffs but no dents, dings nor cracks. It displays very well. And better then the flash photos show. This scans 5. 10& 15 MHz shortwave bands& receives a signal every night from the WWV radio station in Colorado which gets its time from the atomic clock. It is accurate to 1/10 th of a second I ran this in my basement and it did not get signal. Moving it to the 1 st floor and it calibrated perfectly in about 24 hours as expected. There is no antenna. I used a basic antenna from a scanner on it and it functioned fine. Once again- You will need to get your own antenna. I tested the volume knob as well. This seems to function just fine although I never heard anything audible except static. The Rs-232 port has not been tested nor the 12v input. This runs on a standard household plug, the cord is in very good shape. This is a great functioning collectors piece and Guaranteed to work as described. This manual has a 1971 copyright date by Heath Company. ... moreThere are a total of 247 pages. My dad personally built an AR-1500 from these instructions. The manual includes parts lists. Assembly instructions, a block diagram, and circuit board layouts. There are also various fold sheets in the book including a schematic diagram. Overall I would say this manual is in good to perhaps good plus condition. The cover has a somewhat dirty look from being in storage for 40 years and it also has some other shelf wear including some staining. The interior pages are in general very clean and in great condition. However. I did notice a bit of staining on a few pages at the very front of the book and next to the back cover. In addition some of the fold out sheets have tattered edges as they did not fold exactly in the same angle as they did when first published. There does not appear to be any missing pages nor any torn pages(other than the tattered edges on some foldouts) I also did not see any marks or writing in the book other than the words"extra copy" in light pencil on the front cover. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. I do combine shipping when possible and I also have Volume One of the Most- Often- Needed 1926- 1938 Radio Diagrams and Servicing Information up for sale along with the 1947 edition of the Most- Often- Needed F. Inc attached to the Manual. The first is inside the front cover, and is dated 9/19/1962 and is about the change in capacitor value. The other is inside the Rear cover, and is a"Thank you" letter for ordering this Transceiver, dated 9/21/1962. This letter also contains CB channel frequencies, and FCC rules governing CB usage. Both these letters are considered in good condition, as they are not printed on as heavy weight paper as the manual, and have therefore suffered some page tears over the past 50 Years. This is a Heathkit AM FM PT-1 Mono Tuner. Has 16 tubes. Vintage is around 1958. This one is in excellent condition. Works as it should. Also cosmetic condition is fine. The exterior is iconic Heathkit gold veins on woven texture black. All the trin& lettering is in excellent condition. The front panel is excellent but there is some dirt or dust behind the glass that can be cleaned from the inside. This model has separate tuners and plays both AM& FM simultaneously. Both are working. Just the pointer positions need to be adjusted. They are moved by strings, so this shoud not be a problem. The manuel has tuning instructions& complete wiring diagram.

Vintage Heathkit Ham Radio amateur transceiver SB-102 SB-600 HM-11
Selling as parts/not working. I don't know much about these.Other than I plugged it in and didn't notice it do anything. They appear to be in good condition. The screws and fittings on back of the sb-102 have some oxidation.and there is what looks like a drop of sauder on top of the sb-600. The casings are not beat up. This auction is for a really nice Heathkit vintage HR-10B HF receiver. This is an from the estate of a Heathkit collector and is the nicest HR-10B that I have seen. I put it on the bench and checked the sensitivity on 20 meters and it was excellent. The potentiometers and switches are smooth and operate properly. The paint is original and looks very nice. There are only a few very small blemishes on the cabinet top. The knobs and front panel are excellent. The chassis is still very shiney unlike so many of them which show signs of corrosion. The exterior of the box isn't in the best shape. But inside looks great. Manual dated 4/4/69 is in nice shape. Manual dated 8/29/69 shows some water damage. There are other pieces of manuals dated 1/1/66 and 10/1/69. Also includes a Tube Substitution Handbook. This book shows a little water damage but is still in good shape. The light uses a fluorescent Bulb size F6T5/CW. Please note. The yellow 6 volt rechargeable battery is bad( battery brand, El power solid gel) is to old and no longer takes a charge. Its the same size as a standard/ common 6 volt lantern battery. type with the two spring contacts on its top) this is the type I used to test the light to verify it works. The light works. The on/ off switch in NOT a momentary type. So the light has some kind of rapped start for the fluorescent bulb. all the metal used on the light is aluminum. the green main U shape frame is heavy, about 1/8th inch thick aluminum. All the screws used on the exterior are stainless steel. The black handle ... moreis plastic. the bulbs lens is plastic and looks to be a flat piece that is bent around the bulbs housing. Not a formed piece. The ac/ dc adaptor is the original. it says Heathkit 6 volt 4.0AH. part#150-75 120 volt. This plugs into the light at the hole under the on/off switch, to recharge the battery. Light dose not work with AC adaptor aloan. The light weights about 4 1/2 pound with the battery in it. You Heathkit fans. I see you buying all that non solid state electronic stuff. This is a Heathkit H19 computer terminal from 1980 I think. It is a little dirty but it powers up fine. I typed on all the letter keys and they seem to work. they come up on the screen and the shift key works and the number pad too. I do not know how to operate this computer so I can not say if all the functions work. I definitely did not want to screw it up by messing with it. Vintage Heathkit Tube Type AA100 Integrated Amplifier
This amp hasn't been used in a number of years. But I connected and carefully turned it on and it worked on both channels although there was a slight background hum(it was in the phono position without a ground so maybe that was the problem. Cosmetically I'd give it at least an 8 out of 10 as it's in very good condition other than being dirty and missing the on/off knob. It's really good looking when you turn it on- like the dashboard of an old automobile- as it has a number of light bulbs across the top of the control panel which illuminate the knobs and panel. All of the switches seem to work with the exception of the selector switch which feels frozen in the phono setting although I didn't want to force it as I was afraid of breaking the knob. When you turn it on, the four output tubes glow slightly blue and I'm ... morenot an expert so don't know it that is bad or not.
