Hello all. I must say Ludwig has been making a nice come back lately and im really glad to see that. This is a Ludwig Epic 20 ply birch snare drum i purchased new from Guitar Center. Its a 7x14 as most Ludwig bricks are. However this has a unique badge and color ive never seen around. The tags on it and the sales guy stated it was from Namm. It is a beautiful duco looking transparent blue to black fade. Actually looks much more beautiful in person. It will come with its factory Ludwig remo heads installed. Heads and drum are in excellent to like new condition. It sounds great with a pretty wide tuning range. I used it with an Evans genera dry vented head which i think was a great combo for it. Some of our beads have traveled at least three continents. And have graced numerous owners. Small chips, corrosion, and pitting are a normal part of their patina attesting to their age and extensive use. Damage/Repair, Minor cavities. Additional information: The term"Trade Beads" typically applies to beads made predominately in Venice and Bohemia and other European countries from the late 1400s through to the early 1900s and traded in Africa and the Americas.
