Description I am selling an HP Agilent 89441A Vector Signal Analyzer. This instrument covers DC to 2.65 GHz in scalar and vector analysis modes. Scalar analysis mode is the equivalent of a spectrum analyzer. The vector mode enables frequency and time-domain analysis of both analog and digital modulation. It also enables transient analysis of RF signals. Such as frequency settling when you key up a transmitter. The analyzer has option AY8- internal RF source- so it is a both a DC to 2.65 GHz spectrum analyzer and a DC to 2.65 GHz signal generator. The internal source can generate CW. Noise, chirp, and arbitrary(user-defined) waveforms. Note, however, that the internal source is NOT a tracking generator. HP/Agilent 8663a 100khz-2.56GHz Ultra High-Performance Signal Generator
This is one of the purest signal generators all time. There is hardly a spur above-100dBc. And phase noise is well below my modern, high-end spectrum analyzer. I took several measurements at both 1Hz and 1/10kHz RBW, one to show spurs and one to estimate phase noise. The generator laughs at the-120dB dynamic range on my analyzer. HP-11714A opt k01 Service Accessory Kit for 8662A& 8663A Signal Generator. These are hard to come by. Took me a long time to bag this for my shop. This kit is complete with all of the items listed in photo 2 plus a 1Mhz Low Pass Filter which can be seen in the center of the kit. The tape is marked HP-8662A so it is likely not usable on the 8663A but all the cables. Adapters and extenders are. I have used in many times and it's just what you need to service these fine generators. All of the items are in near new condition and the case was relined as the old foam was getting sticky. I think the K01 opt is the 1Mhz LPF as it is not listed on the inventory pictured. I will box and pad it well. Thanks for looking.
