This is a very fine example of a very early and rare Hickok Signal Generator. The model number is not on the unit. But I found a gentleman who has a picture of this unit on his website and that is the number that he is using. Here is a link to his website. This unit has a new power cord. The capacitors have been replaced and the tubes have been tested and are good. The unit has not been tested against a frequency meter. Except for the color, is identical to the IG-102S. It covers the frequency range from 100 KHz to 110 MHz on six fundamental bands, and from 110 to 220 MHz on a calibrated band of harmonics. It's output can be modulated externally or with it's own internal 400 Hz oscillator. The model IGW-19/ IG-102S differs from the more common model IG-102. I really don't know much i about this unit. I've been researching this item for a little over a year ever sense I found it in a attic. What i do know about it is that it has 7 of the old tubes and all 7 tubes light up but not all at once when you put it on a different frequency the other tubes light up. It was very well kept and clean It is made of steel and when I plug it in. It turns on. We cleaned it up but it could use some additional cleaning, its in decent shape with some signs of wear as you would expect. The plinth it scuffed and scratched around the edges form the dustcover which is scratched and scuffed as well. The dustcover has a broken hinge tab and one of the hinges are broken. This system works pretty well, it comes with a new belt, and it comes with a Pickering DLE cartridge and stylus. With this you also get a power cord and AV cord.
