Great old fifties/sixties RETRO wicker work shopping basket in very good condition.Blue and white plastic striping and masonite base. Vintage Rolling Shopping Grocery Laundry Cart Basket, One Of A Kind, Unique!
This is an awesome vintage rolling cart. It looks like the original basket material was replaced with a pretty red. Green, yellow and white plaid in a heavy duty woven vinyl material. The bottom is covered with a piece of sturdy plywood. This cart is unmistakably retro with that plaid pattern and vintage with it's pram style wheels. It would look great as a part of your decor, or while you use it to haul your groceries or laundry. There is some light surface rust on the metal. The strap you see snapped on the bottom of the basket was originally sewn to the top rim so that the basket could be folded flat. It could be easily stitched back on. The diagonal metal pieces at the top of the basket unhook to facilitate the folding process. You will probably never see another one like this. Cart is 38" tall to the top of the handle and 18" ... morewide at the wheels. Wheels are 8 3/4" in diameter. Basket is 19 1/2" tall x 14" wide x 10 1/2" deep. Weight is 8 1/2 pounds.

Selling this beautiful French style. Wicker rolling basket with a wooden cane handle. This unique item is functional and is in good solid shape. Does have some signs of use/age, such as: light oxidation on the metal parts, finish on the handle is worn, a few wicker pieces have light damage, etc. Measures about 43 1/2" total height. Vtg Metal Grocery Shopping Cart Industrial Wire Basket Flower Garden Yard Decor
Full size. Vintage wire grocery/shopping retail cart. Fold up back for nesting. It stands 38 1/2" high, 18" wide and 30" long. This is one of two that I have acquired from an old plumbing supply store. This one has a few bent wires on the basket. I have knocked off the surface grime with a power washer, though as you can see it is still nicely age worn with rust and knobby rubber wheels. It still rolls, no problem. The handle is very dinged up and has splits, etc. The cart does not fold, though I believe I can remove the basket from the base for shipping. Thanks for looking. Vintage Rolling Collapsible Wire Laundry/Flea Market Cart Lots and lots of uses for this cute little vintage beauty. Nice vintage condition. No breaks or loose parts on the metal, the wheels turn freely and the hard rubber tires are intact and still have lots of wear on them. The frame shows some discoloration but there is very minimal rust. It is 38" tall to the top of the handle- The basket is 20" deep by 15" by 12" The overall width at the wheels is just under 20" Check out all pictures- part of the description. Use it for transporting or displaying stuffed animals. Blankets, dolls, etc. A nice vintage piece and collapsible to take on the road. You don't see to many of these kinds of carts on ebay.
