Selling a wonderful 1930s Golden Oak/ Mission Oak library/ recipe file cabinet/ox in very good condtion. This fine two drawer box retains the original solid brass hardware on the machine dovetailed drawers. THIS IS VERY HANDSOME IN PERSON BUT I AM A REALLY POOR PHOTOGRAPHER! The finish is lighter in color than these murky pictures indicate. Size is approximately 15 1/2" across. 6" tall by 14 7/8" deep. This was made from oak with a strong, prominent, handsome grain. Primary wood is solid oak, secondary wood(cabinet bottom and drawer bottoms) is a softwood, most likely poplar. This is an American made file cabinet. Cabinet is in good primitive condition, with wear and several repairs. The drawers are sturdy and well made. And they open without sticking. This primitive chest needs a new home with someone who understands that a few scars and repairs just give you more character! CONDITION: The top of the chest has a visible repair on both edges. The top left edge has a fairly clean repair. But the repair on the top right edge is more obvious because there is a small chunk of wood missing. This repair does not ... morelook the best, but the top of the cabinet is not loose. Wood shrinkage caused a small split on one side. At the bottom edge, as shown below. The split is stable, and it will not be a problem. There is some thin white paint spatter in the same area. The finish has some wear, and there are some nicks, dings and scratches. Vintage Small 14" x 11-3/4" x 7-5/8" PRIMITIVE Wooden 3 DRAWER CABINET or CHEST for storage and display. The area or space inside each drawer is 3-1/4" tall x 9" wide x 5"deep. This sturdy. Cabinet is in very good primitive condition, with wear and several repairs. The drawers are sturdy and well made. And they open without sticking. This primitive chest needs a new home with someone who understands a few scars and repairs just give you more character! CONDITION: The top of the chest has a visible repair on both edges. The top left edge has a fairly clean repair. But the repair on the top right edge is more obvious because there is a small chunk of wood missing. This repair does not look ... morethe best, but the top of the cabinet is not the least bit loose! Wood shrinkage caused a small split on one side. At the bottom edge, as shown below. This little split is stable, and it will not be a problem. It alos has some thin white paint spatter in the same area. The finish has some surface wear, and there are some nicks, dings and minor scratches. The drawers are very sturdy and well made, but they have a few old stains inside. Antique Wooden Unique File Storage Cabinet 20 Tall Drawers with Brass Hardware Up for sale is a beautiful vintage file cabinet in original condition. The tall drawers make for an unusual piece and they are completely made of wood instead of metal. I do not know my woods well. But someone told me that the cabinet is made of walnut and the inside of poplar. I have included a close-up image, but let me know if you would like pictures of certain areas to confirm this. There are no markings of a manufacturer and I am unaware of when it was made. It is a nice, sturdy piece of furniture with normal wear that you get with anything this old and there are only a few flaws that are fortunately in areas which are rarely seen. One area is the very back of the top where some small pieces have come off. Also, the back of a drawer is split and the same area ... morehas come off another drawer but the unbroken piece is included. Finally, as you can see in the first side image, the bottom shows some wear. All drawers work fine and the cabinet is ready to be used and displayed right away. Vtg Ammo Crate 1974 US Military Wood Box Wall Storage Cabinet Shelf Man Cave
Vintage wood ammo crate wall cabinet storage shelf Measures: 37" tall by 12" wide and is 7 1/2" deep The inside compartments are 5" deep and the top and bottom sections are 8 1/2" tall and the middle section is 13 1/2" tall. This is an ammo crate from 1974 that has been upcycled into a wall cabinet. It could be hung directly onto the wall by screwing through the back of it into a stud or with secured bolts made for heavier items. It weighs 19 pounds. This would work as a great storage piece for odds and ends. Maybe a unique medicine cabinet or even a small bar space in a man cave holding a couple bottles and some glasses. It can also be used as a crate and not hung. It has a faded grayish green paint on the outside of it with a lot of graphics and rope handles on each end. The wood is rough. Up for auction is 6 nice drawers and brackets from a 1913 NEW AUTOMATIC rotary treadle sewing machine. There is a couple scratches on them but otherwise in very good condition. drawers come with the metal brackets and bolts that hold them on. These drawers are held on by small metal brackets that slide in a slot on the drawer. See the last two pictures for demonstration. they would make very cool drawers for a restoration project or a craft project.
