WARCOM 3/8" 12 FEET SHEET-METAL SHEAR WORKED VERY WELL FOR NEARLY TWENTY YEARS
This shear has worked for us very well for nearly 20 years: it cuts sheet as thin as paper. And up to 3/8 inch thickness. Cincinnati 1806 Mechanical Power Squaring Shear 6' X 3/8”
This is a very nice Cincinnati model 1806 mechanical squaring shear with gap bed.This machine will cut 3/8" mild steel and has a 72" blade. With the gap bed you can cut longer lengths with multiple cuts. The blades are in excellent condition. For the past 10 years it has only been used to cut 1/16" and 1/8" aluminum. It cuts through the 1/8" with no effort. Like it isn't even there. It has a 25" manual back gauge and an eight-foot squaring arm is installed on the machine. The squaring arm alone cost $4000. It does cut square to about thirty thousandths' of an inch. It has an air actuated clutch and requires three phase power or a phase converter to operate.
