I'm not quite sure what this case is about since I'm not knowledgable about"optical shaft encoders" or"digital pressure and vacuum senors" these are just 2 items in this case. All I can offer is the info passed to me, this case was given to my brother from one of his customers, he was told its a sales man case with the actual pieces to be sold attached to a board, so I'm assuming all the gadgets inside were for demonstrative purposes, I'm not going to list each piece but I did takes pics so you can see what's there. I did plug it in and it seems to operate since everything lit up, but I have no idea how to operate each individual piece, so I will assume it all works fine since each piece displayed lights or counters.
