K&S and Westbond and MEI Mech El wire bonders, wedge bonders and ball bonders
Semiconductor Wire Bonders for parts and restoration. Untested units with a couple untested microscopes and some untested heated work stages with a heater controller housing for parts also. Half-a-dozen(6) machines in this lot. Most parts and electronic boards are there. But some things are missing or non-functional. One of the MEI 827 machines is nearly complete and did cycle for me but not quite perfectly to pass a bond test or perform cycle-to-cycle. Microscopes may require cleaning/adjustment/repairs, etc. Machines all rated 110v but were not plugged in and not tested for safety. Westbond: 1) 90-deg wire feed.
