No RF meter indication in CW position on any range. Attenuator does not appear to be fully functional. However a stable signal is created which appears to be spot on for frequency. See picture no. 3. Modulation tones appear OK. Calibration oscillator also appears OK. But weak. This will definitely need some work and alignment to get fully functional. They all do. Presumably, with the manual, you could troubleshoot and repair it if it is not fully functional. The unit is clean and shows signs of wear but not abuse. All the knobs are intact and the sweep indicator works mechanically. Two cables are included but I think a resistor is missing from one and the screw-on terminal end from the other.
