This BOC edwards/ temescal box chamber is in great condition and ready to accept deposition hardware of your choice and begin working. The machine has a box with an inside footprint of 32x32 inches. 22 inches tall. The source well is 23 inches in diameter and 24 inches deep. The main chamber is 15 inches deep giving a total throw distance of up to 61 inches. Two doors of 32 by 22 inches provide total access to the sample chamber. One door is quick access, the other is bolted. A 18 inch square door is also provided on the source well. A planetary rotation mechanism is currently installed. All vacuum functions of the chamber are controlled via local touch screen interface in manual mode. In remote mode all features of the chamber including deposition can be controlled via the included PLC. This functionality can even be broadcast over the internet ... morefor true remote control. The system is equipped with an aircooled CTI 1020R compressor.
